Room was very nice, check in was easy, breakfast was good. Would definitely would chose this place again.

Staff are super friendly. My only issue eas my air wasnt working and i asked them to check it out. Seemed like they didnt have an answer for me on why or how to get it fixed so they just never followed up. I wven checked back several times and they just took down my information but thats where it stopped every encounter.

My heat didn't work in my room, my blinds was broken wouldn't roll up, my key wouldn't work to my room, we had to keep letting each other in the room.. They didn't even offer me another room.. Other then that everything was cool, great breakfast, pool, quite, next to the casino..

Everything was good but the mattress was hard as a rock! It was so uncomfortable that my husband woke up in pain this morning.

One night stay while traveling. Clean room, comfy beds, good breakfast, nice staff. Only recommendation would be to have better lighting in our room; 'twas a bit dim. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The property was only ten minutes away from the Naval Base, so it was accessible and convenient for PIR graduation.

Great hotel room but the receptionist upon arriving was HORRIBLY RUDE. I greeted her first and she replied “wait one minute”. Those were her first words. I asked for a triple a discount and she replied “I don’t know, I don’t do discounts at night”. She NEVER ONCE looked at us. She just stared down at her screen the entire transaction/check in. It’s hard to get past such horrible customer service after driving five hours and looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Overall good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gerneally clean. However the aircon couldnt be switched off and the deadlock didnt work on the room.

I had to purchase bathroom cleaner with bleach to clean the shower heads which were covered with mold and grime. I also had to clean the vent which was caked with dirt and dust. The carpet in the hallway and elevator area was extremely dirty and stained and coming up in some areas

The hotel was not in good condition. Rugs and walls need to be replaced. I had to Change linens is bed….wrinkles and short hairs on sheets! Ugh!

I only have 2 main complaints about my stay. The first complaint is the pillows are too soft and make for a highly uncomfortable night's sleep. I woke up with a sore neck. The next complaint i have is regarding the breakfast. Not enough food was prepared for the amount of guests in the hotel. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant and the hotel itself was clean and accommodating.

The property was below average compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed in the past. The front desk service was impersonal and unhelpful. The air conditioner in our room was broken. It was rattling and didn’t blow any cold air. We were there for a tournament. We asked for a late check out while waiting to hear if our son’s team advances to the finals in which case we would book the room for 1 more night. The front desk person told us they have plenty of rooms available for the additional night but no room available for late check out. They said even if we book the additional night, we still have to move out of the room at noon and check back in at 3. They were very dismissive and rude, didn’t seem to care about customer service. I am a Hilton Honors member and had stayed at plenty of Hilton properties at all levels. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Would not recommend the property to anyone.

When we arrived, the fist thing I noticed was how nice and clean the hotel lobby was. As we got to our room, it was also clean and ready for us but unfortunately, while in the bathroom, we could hear people talking above us from the vent. Also, the room was very dark. The room only had two small lights by the bed, so if you didn’t have the window shades all the up in the daytime, it was hard to see. Overall, the stay was good and the staff was nice.

Front desk David was very friendly and was good deal with. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was little chilly but good enough for quick dip. Overall nice and we would stay again.
