Good!

It's well maintain and in a convenient location to restaurants, shops, and train station.

We love that it was so close to shibuya yet we could access everything via the 2nd level link bridge without walking around all the construction and crowd. Shibuya is so well linked we could get almost everywhere without any transfers. The rooms were also very good size by Tokyo standards.

Excellent location. Amazing location that’s it. Hotel staff is indifferent, can it be that the Japanese staff learned how to ignore things? Breakfast is terrible, pricey and they try their best to make sure you don’t get in and if you do, you leave ASAP. bar staff was an exception few very nice folks but the bar was just open in the weekend. Why? Why? Why? The room was good at best, I took the much more expensive one (imagine regular). If you plan to sleep only and do it above a train station on one side and tennis court on the other, this is your place. Imo it’s 2 star hotel. You should see the gym

Rooms are small but very nice. Location is excellent and convenient. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is worth it.

Wonderful and convenient hotel with tons of things to do nearby. The corner rooms were nice with large windows and we enjoyed the view of the city. We only wished there were hooks to hang our towels.

Good hotel but access with bags/concierge service is a little lacking. You will need to get to the hotel to get a luggage trolley yourself, which must also be returned by you. Quite the hassle if you are on a tight schedule and need to traverse multiple elevators during check-out rush time with limited elevators.

The staff was great! It was our last night in Tokyo and the hotel was a great spot to relax before a long trip.

Location of the hotel is excellent at Shibuya Station for JR and Tokyo Metro. Locally, there are tons of dining options on premise and within 5 -10 minute walk, which saved a lot of time trying to figure out what to eat at end of the day when you are exhausted. I read a review about the somewhat inconspicuous taxi access but my taxi driver had no problem, and the whole check in process was very easy and smooth. The concierge also helped scheduling the free taxi to take us to the boarding location for Narita Airport Limousine Bus nearby, and again an easy and smooth experience. The only minor comment would be to upgrade the TV in guest rooms with built-in streaming apps such as Netflix (the newer hotels in similar category all have it) so guests are not limited to local Japanese channels or paid movie selections. We are very happy with our stay and would certainly stay here again!

Excellent location!

I have requested an extra duvet before arrival through Expedia, the staff promised that will be no problem, but there’s nothing arranged when I checked in, I went to the lobby and asked the receptionist for an extra duvet, but the guy didn’t understand my request. Also I was asking if there were other type of pillow available, the staff also didn’t understand the request. They got me another bed sheet instead of duvet at the end which I thought it was a waste of time. The staff wasn’t very friendly that was the reason really upset me. For the room, it was surprisingly old and a bit unclean as we found hair on bed sheets and bed throw, also dirt mark on bed sheet but it was under the pillow so we didn’t bother complaining. The wooden furniture looks quite old too, one of the door of drawers kept unclosed due to no reasons. The only good thing about this hotel is the size of room, the location was just ok because it takes about 5-10mins to really get to the nearest station from hotel(due to the elevator and bridge connection). I will never come back to this hotel again.

The hotel was very convenient to all the action in Shibuya. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby so no need to venture far for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Easy access to transportation as it is near the train station. Laundry facilities with washers, dryers, irons, etc was a plus! Room and bath are modern. Only item that prevented me from giving the "excellent" rating was that the standard size room was rather small and tight. However, I would stay at the hotel again.

This property is well situated in the heart of Shibuya, a vibrant area of Tokyo. Easy access to many subway lines nearby The hotel is well-run, staff is helpful. The room is well designed with all the creature comforts and is spacious also.

Very good location, close to Shibuya station and lots of dining options nearby. The downside is that there are only two laundry machines for whole hotel and one of them happened to be broken when we were there. Quite a lot of waiting to do laundry.

This was in a great location right in Shibuya. It could be a little tough to find but was super walkable right in city center and very easy access to the train station which was connected to the hotel/mall area.
