The room was very small, but a nice lounge area open until midnight.

The location is super convinient to walk around ths minato mirai area. It is close to Sakurakicho and Bashamichi station so if you have a big suitcase, it would be better to use the 2 stations but if you have small bag and want to see minato mirai then you can walk over from minato mirai station.

A compact room. Ok for one but would be a squeeze for 2? Breakfast buffet was good value for money. Also pyjamas, water and good quality consumables replenished every day. All in all very good

Although i had booked a double room i was gicen a single. This very cramped. There was no safe and no storage space

Smart and modern. Easy to find. Close to JR station. Double room way too small for 2. Double bed just about fits in with baggge

Hotel is new, clean and modern. close to metro station 馬車道, less than 5 mins walk. but the closest exit to the hotel does not have escalator/elevator.

Lovely new hotel at an excellent location between Minato Mirai and Sakuragicho station. Somewhat difficult to find as no big signs outside. Finnish design, small but immaculately presented clean rooms. very good breakfast and a added plus of members "living lounge"

Business traveler; only speaks English; 6-night stay I flew into HND: took the Keikyu (KK) line, transfered to the Minatomirai (MM) line at Yokohama Station, and then got off at Bashamichi Station (leave thru Exit #3). There are options where you don't transfer but this route has the least amount of walking. I got a bit turned around because I didn't know which station exit to take (turns out not #5) and couldn't find the hotel. I called the reception desk and they sent someone out to find me about a block away and walk with me to check-in. I stayed in a single room. Was small but the bathroom is generous. The nightstand had both a standard 2-prong outlet and a usb slot; there is a 3-prong outlet behind the mini-fridge if you're desperate. Every room has a usb charging cable (lightning, usb-c, micro-usb). The window had black-out curtains. The mattress was on the firm side and the pillows were very squishy. The wifi was fast enough for netflix. A/C works great. If you put out the "do not clean" sign in the morning (other options are "full-clean" or "eco-clean"), you will get a bag on your doorknob that has fresh towels, a bottle of water, and another new toiletry kit. I stayed 6-nights and only used the "eco-clean" once so I accummulated a lot of towels that I didn't need. The breakfast buffet was very good; it had a wide variety of food (fish, dumplings, miso soup, eggs, etc.) plus a small set of "western breakfast" staples like cereal and yogurt.
