Room was nice with heated floors. The ac couldn't quite get me cool enough at night, but the location is great and I felt safe.

This is a good hotel. The cleanliness could be better though. Booked a room with free screen golf and when i went to use it the screen wouldnt track the ball. The area around the hotel has a lot of options for food. It is not a bad place if you understand the Korean culture. The breakfast is a traditional Korean breakfast. If you are not used to it then it will be a little bit of a shock but the food was good. As for the room it tends to get a little warm in there. I dont know if they have heated floors but it felt that way. The air conditioner works but doesnt make the room cold. That could be another cultural thing that i wont hold against the hotel. If i were to travel back to the area i would stay here again.

This hotel was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. It was so dirty and all you could smell is cigarettes. We had stains in our sheets, mold in the bathroom and trash on the floor. I wish i could give this hotel zero stars. In addition, there were bugs crawling out of the hole in the bathroom floor. I would not recommend

Room was not clean. A half-drunk bottle of water was left sitting out. The bed sheets had period blood, hair, and other stains on it. When we told management about the situation, they shrugged and did not offer to make it better. Breakfast was also nothing to write home about.

Everyone in the hotel is very accommodating and helpful, very happy with the stay on the hotel.

Very small rooms and extremely limited parking. The staff, however, was quite helpful and courteous.

I have stayed at this hotel before COVID clearly different people there now. Would not recommend this place to anyone other then Koreans. So sad.

Property itself was decent. My room had a couple places that could've been cleaned better, but overall it wasn't horrible.
The staff had complete opposites in terms of peiple-oriented staff.
A couple of the folks were super nice and helpful. I don't speak much Korean but I try to use the simple phrases. The nicer folks would respond in turn, but could also speak much better English than my Korean, which was appreciated.
However, one guy was quite rude on more than one occasion. After two weeks, it felt like if you didn't speak Korean, in this guy's head, you were just stupid. Felt talked down to, interrupted, and generally I welcome with most of the interactions with this guy, to the point where I'd rather just wait until one of the other guys were at the desk instead.
Staff issue aside, the area is awesome, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby.

This is a perfect location....two blocks from the train station and AK plaza. It is probably a good value if you aren't too nit picky about cleanliness, or towels.

Although the hotel (more like motel) renovated, the rooms smell! When I asked for another room, they refused and claimed that I stayed in the room for 30 minutes. They hastily offered me a room when I made a phone call to a local friend. Don't expect highly rated services from this hotel. As I was walking out the door to check out the room, I received a call at 12pm on the dot from the front desk urging me to vacate the room immediately. Note that the 7th floor is designated for American military soldiers according to the front desk personnel. Dark hallways. Rude personnel. Tiny parking lot. Pyeongtaek train station is in walking distance.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for me every time I needed help or had a question.

The first room they gave me smelled like a decaying dead animal so they moved me. The second room was dark, dusty, dirty, soiled linen, no place to put clothes, no closet, moldy. All the mirrors and metal trimming were dirty with finger prints and smudges. The shower head broke on day 2. The sink had the smallest basins I’ve ever seen. I had to clean hair and dust from under the bed and found a used condom wrapper along with about a years worth of dust and hair. Only one iron, no ironing board, one washer, one dryer for entire hotel. We could not access our rental car when we wanted to as they had set hours for accessing the car. This is a pay by the hour “love” motel. Had I known I could share pictures then I would have taken more.

Conveniently located in Pyeongtaek. Five minutes walk to AK Plaza where train and subway stations are located. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area! Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet! Will absolutely recommend Pyeongtaek Stay Hotel!

Room smelled like sewer and bed didn’t have a decent mattress felt more like a box spring. One night of sleeping on the bed caused back pains in our backs. We called the hotel told them they told us to call Expedia. We checked in on the 12th and left on the 13th told them on phone to check us out and refund money instead told us to contact Expedia. Terrible place to stay never recommend

Hotel looks nothing like pictures.
Breakfast was decent and good.
Room was shabby, dirty with stained walls and holes.
Bedding was stained and looked well used.
Plugs didn’t work.
AC was black with mold.
It says No Smoking but room reeked of stale cigarette smoke odor. My luggage and clothes smell like cigarette marinade.
Stayed 12 days and had room cleaning 6 times, every other day so I could get towels. They don’t bother to give any toiletries after first day. Luckily I always bring my own. They don’t refil toilet paper either. I ran out twice and had to get my own. Not going to return

They had a very uneque ammenty "Screen golf". It is great. The King Suite had a small washer in it. The tub was huge. it had a ceiling mounted projector. The room was amazing in many ways. The employees where great. I wash the breakfast started a bit earlier beacause I had to leave for work at 0645 and breabfast was at 0700. It would have been nice to have one available on Sunday.
There are 2 issues with the room. 1st there are no dressers and the closet space was limited i was there 14 days so it would have been good if that was available. 2nd the matress in the King Suite was wore out. You could feel the springs. I woke up every day hurting.

The hotel was easy to find and was very close to Pyeongtaek Station if you were riding the train. We (my son and I) were in my car. When I got there, I was welcomed in English, which was nice. They took my car key (which I thought was strange at first, but seeing their small parking lot; common in Korea, it made sense) and any time that I said I needed my car, it was ready to go! The room was nice, my son really enjoyed the bathtub. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the comfort of the bed, again common in Korea, the bed was SO hard. I had to fold the duvet in half to sleep on one side and cover my body with the other half. I couldn't have stayed there longer than the three nights we booked. The free breakfast was nice. My son had toast with fruit and cereal. There was Netflix on the TV, which my son and I enjoyed when we were winding down for bed. There were water bottles and canned drinks in the fridge, but I wasn't sure if they were free or if we'd be charged for them, so I just got my own drinks at the convenience store nearby (2-minute walk). There was also a safe in the room, which we didn't use, but it was there. So, all in all, we really enjoyed our visit!

Well I booked a one bed room expecting it to be one like the pictures. Once i checked in i got a big 3 bedroom suite as an upgrade. The room we got only had korean tv so I asked for the room i booked. Once we got the the room we booked it looked nothing like the pictures. We couldnt get netflix to work either. Overall its a good hotel for one night but dont expect the room in the pictures.

Pyeongtaek Stay is a great hotel with extremely professional and caring staff. They stock the fridges daily with water and juice so you’ll always have something to drink. Their breakfasts are great. The location is great as there are many restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel. Also, it is very close the the train station and bus terminal. The only down side is the size of the rooms, but their room size is normal for Korean hotels.

it was pretty good, nice quiet.

Close to AK Plaza and Pyongtaek station. Good AC, comfortable bed and amenities Only wish the hotel had possibly HDMI cables to rent to connect the room laptops to the TV but that's about it.
