Perfect place and on price point. Clean, very friendly, close to airport with airport shuttle. We onlay had breakfast when we first arrived and it was very good. Only complaint is they only give 3 pillows per bed. Could have ordered additional pillows but was not a big deal.

Upon check-in, the front desk person was insisting that we did not have a reservation. She claimed that a Hotels.com itinerary number did NOT equate a reservation at their hotel and that we needed a reservation number from the Hilton Garden Inn. She finally found someone who could guide her in finding our reservation. This has NEVER happened before! Very frustrating!

Very clean and nice hotel. Its brand new so that goes a long way. Staff was great and you can eat very well at the hotel. About .5 miles from the airport and they have a shuttle -note you have to call them for shuttle and they come quickly. You could walk to the hotel from the airport but it would be on a busy sidewalk and take about 20minutes. Nice and convenient for a flight the next day. People were quiet except some idiot walking back and forth in the hallway on his phone-not hotels fault.

During my recent stay, which was not my first time at this hotel, I enjoyed a comfortable room and appreciated the convenient access to I-5 for my return journey home. However, I did experience a slight inconvenience as I was placed near the elevator, which caused some noise disturbance during the late hours. Additionally, I noticed that certain parts of the parking lot on level one still had recessed water where I parked my car. Despite these minor issues, I had an overall positive experience and I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The pool was closed for unknown reason which was disappointing for my 2 teens. The room was a great size for our party of four but the bed was a little too firm for me.

Went for family trip for 2 nights, hotel is new and clean but there is no hot water kettles available at all! We would need to visit the restaurant for hot water.
This hotel was even caught us in surprise that there was NO ROOM MAKE UP at all when I ask the front desk specificity in the morning.
Otherwise the hotel is new and clean in overall.

The room is spacious with facilities in good condition and a convenient design.
The only negative part is the bad sound insulation, especially from the upper floor. You can hear somebody walking.

Waited for 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to the hotel. It’s a 5 minute drive away. Three phone calls to ask where was the shuttle. Was told the driver was at lunch. The driver was apologetic about the wait. The person at the front desk did not greet us, extend an apology for the wait, or even look at me. Gave me a free voucher for breakfast. Get better staff.

We were returning from a cruise and used the hotel for a rest before a midnight flight. It was just what we needed. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful including the free shuttle!

The shuttle van said Hampton Inn - and we were not told. We watched it go by with out knowing it was ours. We waited over an hour and called the hotel 3 times before they told us their van was out of service and they were using one that said Hampton.
