Hotel decorative concept is very pretty and has late night music and eating options. Rooms are awful! A full size bed for a couple which was very uncomfortable is not an option. It almost seems like they spent all their money decorating the hotel and came short on the rooms.

Some good notes about the hotel are that it's a cool, unique concept. The bright, pop art decor is fun. There are quite a few vendors selling food and drinks within the hotel and outside in the courtyard. It does create a fun, partylike atmosphere. The bad is it would have been nice to know ahead of time the hotel has no windows (minus the ONE suite that overlooks the courtyard), the TVs don't work, there's no internet, the hotel smells like mold, there's no hot water, the AC is on full blast with no ability to control it, the beds are uncomfortable, the rooms need renovation/paint/are in rough shape, water was leaking through the roof in spots, paint and wallpaper was peeling, bathroom was ROUGH and needed serious work, the courtyard blasts music until the wee hours of the night, and staff is few and far between. Essentially, it felt like a prison cell with some fun colors. Like, jail for kids... The hotel makes you sign a "release" when you get to the hotel stating all these problems and you have to "sign off" on it to get your room key (I've never seen or experienced that anywhere else.). The pictures of this hotel paint a different picture than what the true experience of this hotel is. Smoke and mirrors. I would not recommend staying here.

During the stay, the air in the common areas was not felt (very hot), the room had a television that did not work (we were informed when we checked in), the yellow cushions that were on the bed were dirty . The room had good air and hot water.

I wouldn’t stay here. Carpeting is from when it was a movie theater. Needs to be updated..and cleaned. Most rooms have no windows. No working elevator. No working wifi. No hot water in the shower. The four restaurants it boasts are rarely open. Staff nice but not very knowledgeable about area- especially where to find parking. They need to describe and direct that better. One star for location and one star for friendly staff. I wouldn’t stay here again- there’s another hotel (which has the parking) is a better choice.

Lovely place but room smelled of mold and no windows. Lots of effort into the atmosphere but not a lot of emphasis on the condition of the rooms. Lots of potential in beautiful area. parking isn't easy either.

The common areas were like the photos but the room itself was not great. The tv was not working as the staff advised the y were having troubles with the channels. The air and heat system was not working. And it was freezing throughout the night. I asked for a blanket and there was only a thin sheet that they could provide. The bed was also shaking and I saw the wood underneath was close to falling apart. It was previously taped but still a bit unstable. Also the water pressure was basically just dripping. Overall for one night it was decent but would not recommend for more than a night..

The room we stayed in the tv wasn’t working at all. Barely any hot water. So be prepared to shower in cold water. Paint all over the carpet

The cleaning was horrible, the bathroom floor was covered in black, the bathroom was inappropriate, the carpets in the bathroom were very dirty. The price is too high for how poorly clean it is.

The worst hotel in the whole world. We have been traveling our whole lives but what we experienced in this place is beyond words. First i have no idea how the hotel has 4 stars. After check-in the room was filthy. Not vacuumed , sheets not washed , found hair everywhere. Bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water at all. Outlets didn't work so we couldn't use electricity. We asked for another room, same situation. Then the worst happened....at 7 pm they put. DJ booth in the lobby of the hotel to make it look like a club. Mind you there is only one open floor where the rooms are. So you basically were in your room and you felt like you were at the club listening to the loudest music ever. It was even impossible to talk to each other. The DJ was in the lobby untill midnight then they moved the music to the court yard where they continued until 5 am. It was impossible to get any sleep. Also there is no windows in the room. Still walls are paper thin. The stuff at the desk was not helpful at all. If anything the young blonde lady was rude and disrespectful telling us , it is what it is. Please dont stay at this hotel. This place shouldn't even be on the website.

Family trip at the end of 2023. It's a shame to have to give a bad opinion.. The hotel is a show, but it has closed spaces and services due to lack of staff, clean rooms but without Towel telephones and television in the room without services. Non-comfortable springs. Your answers don't have staff. And the staff of the from desk lack professionalism. It's a shame on such a beautiful and memorable date. .

The price was really good, and the staff were so helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms were not well kept (dirty walls, wallpaper peeling, rug and wall stains). Our TV did not work the entire time and no wifi. The nightlife around the hotel was nice and it was a very lively hotel. If you’re someone who likes to go to bed early, this may not be the hotel for you because music is played late into the night.

Fox hotel is not what you would hope. It looks nice and location is great but the rooms are a diffrent story. Shower soor was broken in the bottom and water would leak into room. No cable. And theres a hang out spot with pool tables just steps away from the rooms so noise is a factor. To enter the hotel theres about 5 to 6 tables in the way so you have to maneuver around the poeple drinking just to wnter the hotel wich was awkward getting in and out. Staff is friendly.

I stay in this hotel 2 nights and by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. This is why, once I come in to the hotel lobby it had no AC, it was hot, the elevator didn’t work i had to drag all my bags to the second floor. No one try to help with the suitcases. It took 20 min to check in. The room was dirty under the chairs I found a old coffee straw, the chairs you can see the stains and dirt. The bedsheets had sone stains, no working phone and no TV, no windows, the mattress are ready to be changed had a dip on one side, the iron damage two of my shirts because the iron had dirt and plastic melt in it, mosquitoes were in the room, the shower water pressure was super low, my wife couldn’t wash her hair because hardly any water was coming out. The music was loud until about 11:00. The Swimming pool was close because damage, no parking. I couldn’t change hotel because I book the reservation through Hotel.com and they would give me a refund. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. They need to fix the issues and them it would be an ok hotel.

The room wasn’t ready, the tv wasn’t connected and they took for ever to (figuring) the issue and at the end we had no tv service. While they said they were going to (called) Direct Tv, I went to the lobby to great my friends, I saw the employees wrapping gifts!!! Instead of doing their job. No water pressure, no hot water, no windows and as we were leaving two employees were standing by the main door, neither offer to help me as I’m trying to hold the door carrying my belongings with my elderly mother. Very disappointed. First and last.

Lacked cleanliness. First room toilet was clogged. They had us switch rooms and the next room had black stuff all over the sink. They advertise room service but do not do it. The location is fantastic but I would not recommend. There are a few other hotels on the square that hopefully are cleaner and nicer

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at The Fox Hotel The television in the room did not work for the entirety of our stay. There was no WiFi available in the rooms. The only WiFi available is in the lobby, something they failed to communicate when we completed our reservation as well as during check-in. The room smelled moldy and we noticed the air conditioner is leaking in the room. There was no water pressure in the shower. When we brought up our concern to the Desk staff their answer to us was, "well I'm informing you now" their response for non-existent WiFi. For our other inconveniences their attitude is that there is nothing they could do. We felt as though our concerns went to deaf and uncaring ears. I would certainly not recommend this establishment to anyone and would not stay here again.

Property under construction. A/C in first room 216 not working. Second room # 218 dirty, mold, walls scuff Marks high touch areas dirty, too many things to list. No phone service in either room making the rooms unsafe in case of emergency. Everything needed I had to go downstairs. Carpeting filthy. Only bath towels served. I was charged for rooms on June 29 before arrival. Per your policy they should of charged me when Inarrived. I’m respecting full refund.

Rooms are pretty nice and clean. This hotel dose not have parking facilities and, even when they tell you can park nearby, you don't find a good place to park your car. There were no hot water on the shower.
