Overall a very pleasant stay. The room was nice. Roomy enough for two of us. Bed was comfortable as was the pull out. Nice shower. Great water pressure. Pool area was good. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the room was only cleaned every other day. Only the main bed was made. Not the pull out. However, the room was cleaned when we arrived for our stay.

The room was very nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Very clean. TV was not the best quality (screen was going dark) and guide not very user friendly but not enough to warrant a negative review.

We stayed at location and upon walking into our 1 bedroom room, it was clean and neat. We were delightful by this. However, once we got into the bed, it was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress which made our sleep very uncomfortable.
At 12am, we could hear the neighbors next to us arguing and fighting so loudly. The walls are very thin here and the neighbors could care less that they were making so much noise disturbing others.
At checkout, I was asked about my stay in which i gave this information to the front desk lady, and she seemed like she could care less and was like "ok, thanks for staying". I asked if I would receive a survey about my stay and she said I should, but I didn't receive one at all. Next time we visit Temecula, we'll stay somewhere else.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Location is good for visiting Old Town Temecula or a short rideshare to wineries. Staff is very friendly and helpfil. Free wifi! Breakfast was pretty yummy, nice selection of egg options and, of course, delicious waffles:) Recommended.

The Staff was very nice and the hotel was in beautiful condition. Our major problem was that when we checked in and long after we booked the hotel they informed us that the power would be turned off completely from 10:00PM TO 3:00AM for maintenance. Had we known in advance we would have booked a hotel in either Lake Elsinore or Oceanside as my wife and I just wanted a night to watch TV and relax away from home. Very disappointing to not be told in advance when the hotel knew about the problem on March 29th.

The hotel looks almost brand new. There was no hot water in the 1st room on the 3rd floor and the shower was moldy. We were then given a room on the 1st floor and it had hot water but the shower was moldy and the toilet seat was extremely loose. The front desk did not seemed concerned when I notified them of these problems.

Quick trip out of town to beautiful Temecula. Hotel was nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Others stated issue with sheets but don't understand why. We enjoyed the room and the hot shower. Breakfast was really good with a nice selection of items. Would stay again without question.

Ethan at the front desk was nice. Easy quick check in. There was a toe/fingernail on the bathroom floor that was missed during cleaning. The room was comfortable but the 3 sheets on the bed are not practical. I shift in the middle of the night and all the sheets get all tangled.

My partner and I stayed here with our dog for a night, and I can say that this was one of the best experiences all around that I've had at a hotel in a long time, including luxury hotels in major cities. The hotel itself was clean and well-designed, and we were impressed by the two large dog stations they had outside. The real star of the show was the customer service that we received from everyone at the front desk during our stay. They were attentive, understanding, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Stayed here to visit Pechanga. It was a short drive to the casino. The hotel was surprisingly nice. Hotel was clean. Minor details like some dishes in the room were dirty and toothpaste stuck on bathroom faucets. Great one night stay otherwise. Staff at check in were very pleasant. Snack bar in the lobby for late night snacks ($$). Loved having a full sized fridge. The room was extremely well equiped. Comfortable king size bed. Still shocked about the sheets. They looked so thin and I was concerned I would be cold, but they were great. I would stay here again without any hesitation.
