Very nice hotel. My boys enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The pet fee far too high; I guarantee you my three boys could potentially cause more mess or damage than my Golden Retriever ever would. I do appreciate them being a pet friendly hotel, I just think $100.00 fee is a bit pricey.

All 6 nights there were kids running and jumping above us. AT ALL HOURS!! There were 2-3 different families during that time. We could not relax or sleep well in space!! For a newer build and high rating, this was NOT expected. IF we would stay at this property again, it would be on the top floor and away from busy street.
Further there was conflicting info provided by front desk staff related to extending our stay by arriving a day early. The email from front desk sent after Expedia was comical — addressed to wrong person and wrong check in date. Attention to detail and resolving noisy neighbors was week. We had to abide by the pet policy but our dog was quiet while neighbors were not!

From asking to check in early, to request for room location - the front desk was helpful with all people that were working. Breakfast was good, pool area nice, and location is right by many great walking paths. Address location in Eagan puts you within 1/2 hour of almost all directions in the Cities. Quiet, clean rooms.

Online check in didn’t work but that was the only negative and truly no big deal. The late night desk person was very friendly, room was lovely- super clean and amazingly comfortable bed. Shower was great too. Even a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the kitchen and full size fridge. The bed was very comfortable. They also had plenty of breakfast options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. However, there was still garbage in the kitchen garbage can. The shower hadn’t been cleaned and wrappers from the previous guest’s shampoo and soap was still in there.

I was VERY satisfied with the property. We booked a wheelchair accessible suite for three nights. The furnishing and decor were modern, the entire place (room and common areas) were very clean. The included breakfast had good variety. I will almost certainly book future stays here again!

Had a great stay, hotel room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The fire pit area outside was nice on a cool night, and breakfast was great with lots of options. Only complaint was the fold out couch was pretty flat, our kids said it wasnt bad but sitting on it you could feel the support bars.

The experience was amazing - loved the hotel- clean, modern, new, breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect. The only negative feedback would be the shower head - the water flow was all over the place, not a nice even flow

This was the first time at this hotel for us. Check in was very simple. We found the room to be very pleasant and nicely set up. We would have probably used the pool area, but there were many people in that area that evening. Will use this hotel again.

Very comfy suite. Nice furniture, good space, very clean. The breakfast, basketball court, and complimentary coffee were all nice touches. My only complaint is the roll-out couch wasn't comfy, and they supplemented us with an air mattress to help, but that had a leak. Aside from the sleeping issues for our 3rd person, it was a fantastic place and stay.

The hotel is nice, but they had no blankets—in February, in Minnesota!
The main bed had only sheets. The pull out bed had no blanket or comforter, either. I called down to the front desk to ask for one and the person who answered was less than helpful. I don’t care about “policy” or needing to order them. How can you not have enough blankets for your guest rooms in a hotel? Unacceptable.

The hotel looked very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was neat and clean. Many choices and the delicious. Only complaint was that the temperature control system was out of whack and we couldn’t get our room to cool. Thankfully the bed was comfortable.

After technical difficulties with the credit card reader caused checkin to take 20 minutes, we got to our room that was pretty nice... Except the fridge had something wrong with it. The inconsistent and loud knocking noises throughout the night when it turned on gave me a terrible night's sleep. And I wouldn't have said anything here except when I complained I got basically a "that's too bad". Nothing was offered for consolation when I said I did not have a good stay and did not get much sleep because of their broken fridge. She did write it down so hopefully it's fixed for the next customer, but I ended up getting about 4 hrs of sleep on a night away from my toddler, the exact opposite of what was supposed to happen, and after paying $200 for the one night out with my wife this whole year I was really disappointed in this hotel--and have no plans to stay at any Marriott again because of this--but far too exhausted to argue it at the time.
