Stayed one night ended up staying a second and they left us in the same room housekeeping was horrible and the sink looked like someone vomited in it

Our employee stayed here on our reservation and had to breakup a fight. The staff seems extremely unorganized and lost when it comes to taking care of common things such as guests questions. The man onsite actually informed me that the motel charges for service animals! Can you say ADA violation?

Like most people I look at the reviews before I book a room. However I had stayed here before and was curious why there were so many negative reviews? Had something happen over the months that made people review negatively? So I went ahead and made the reservation and checked in. I have had nothing wrong with my stay it is just as pleasant as it was the last time I stayed here. And I am in the process of relocating therefore I don't want the hotel feel and having staff everywhere I turn I want to just have as much privacy as possible in a situation like this so I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews I have enjoyed my stay quite a bit.

We arrived late at night and no one was at the front desk. We were told to call a number and then we had to walk across the parking lot to a different hotel to check in snd the walk back to our room.
No phones in the room. Dirty bathroom and floor. We stayed for 2 nights and we never saw any on-site employees. No one was at check in and no housekeeping or even notification of who to call if we needed anything

It just wasn't clean. The carpet was disgusting and stained. The water was barely warm. We definitely would not stay there again.

Matt, the person working was VERY unfriendly of a person. Rude actually at check in.
Got into our room and one of the Queen beds was literally filthy...huge stain on the bedspread and covered in dog hair. Pillows were dirty and under the sheets also (we were going to just take the comforter off and deal with it). We nicely told Matt that our bed had not been cleaned and he insisted on seeing it...so we showed him and he said well I know they changed the linens so I don't know where the hair came from. (We did not have any animals with us so not sure why he would say that). He wasn't going to do anything about it so I asked if we could have a change of bedding and we would do it and he said that all the linens were locked up so, no. Again, wasn't going to do anything about it so I had to ask if we could change rooms where he irritatedly said he would need to see what rooms he had. Absolutely will never stay here again, even though we frequent this town often :(

It was good just not great. TV remote would work when right next to TV - a little inconvenient. Room had spiders and cobwebs. Lots of stains on the floor. But overall it was fine. It was quiet, convenient, had a fridge and a Keurig. Bed was very nice. We liked it and for the price no complaints

We spent one night here. While it is an older place, it was clear that there had been improvements done. Our King bed room was spacious, upgraded and a large room with a full size refrigerator. This is owned by the Hell's Canyon Grand Hotel, which is across the parking lot and has a great restaurant and bar. Matt, at the customer service desk, was very nice to work with. We would stay here agin.

The pictures tell the story: massive grease stains, molding drapes and human stains with bed bugs under the top sheet of the bed. Disgusting.

Have to go to the other motel for the key. Sometimes the outside door is locked, sometimes it isn't.

No coffee. Room only had decaf. No staff on sight. Those things would not stop us from staying again. The room was clean and comfortable. Good price

Seaport Inn was very inconvenient. There were items inside that room that were filthy dirty, which was a coffee maker. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper on next to an empty roll toilet paper. The room was doll and then G not a welcoming atmosphere no one at the front desk it look like it had been abandoned. I had to go across to the main building, which is the Hells canyon hotel to check in because the front doors were locked. It look like there was no one there, and then I got the keys and even the customer service was not very well taken. No smiles. I left went to the room it was just was not appropriately what I thought it would be and then I had to extend my stay on Sunday because my husband got sick and so I when I went over to register for the next day I told the receptionist that I needed fresh towels that was like 11 but that wasn’t even 11 o’clock. It was 10 o’clock , she said she’d have somebody bring some towels over I waited I waited. I waited in it I think eight 830 I called the desk again and finally somebody brought towels over but nowhere to be found. I am a disabled person. I have a hard time walking it was from the building I was staying into the building I had to go to that was 200 to 200 feet which isn’t that big of a deal but it’s inconvenient snowCoffee in this and the entryway. One of the machines were broken down, but they had snacks in it which I didn’t need but the fact remains , it was just a terrible experience

This property had no one at the front desk, had to go across the entire parking lot to another hotel to get my key. This is the FIRST hotel or ANY two story building that DID NOT have an elevator.
There was a bottle of orange juice tip over that had spilled on the widow sill. It has dried up, so I got a wet towel cleaned it all up and through away the bottle. Who knows how many days it had sat there. The ONLY good thing about this place was the bed.

The manager decided to call the cops because he thought we were partying when there was only my girlfriend and I which I believe he is a racist against Native Americans. The manager worked at the Fairbridge inn and suites and called the cops on us for having her pistol. He also charges three $500 charges after staying for three nights. The room was not dirty at all and if there was a cleaning fee, I would’ve been happy to pay it $1500 is excessive and wrong I believe he should be fired and not work in hotel services or any kind of customer service . He was very rude would not give me his name and he was the night manager unless you’re 80 years old I would not stay at the Seaport or the red lion, which is called something new now.

I woke up at midnight to find tiny ants crawling all of ME the bed and the perimeter of the bed. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

Interesting combination of cool (room layout, refrigerator, counter, sink and cupboards, real mugs and actual plates in the room, great beds, clean overstuffed chairs) and shabby (no available agent on site, dirty floors, falling apart items, loose curtains). I would stay there again.

The room was so dirty! There was garbage on the floor, used soap in the shower, a toenail on the bathroom floor. Pillows stunk. It was miserable!

There is no on-site staff. The phone system for hotel goes to a full voice mail. Check-in is at another location which we found out after arriving. It is run-down and location is in an old strip mall. Room key system was broken for the first room. Do not stay here.

There was bed bugs in the room and the second room they changed us to had them as well. They made us leave all our clothing and they ruined hundreds of dollars in clothes and lost hundreds as well weren't returned at all. They were rude and disrespectful when dealing with the situation. They used foul language. Overall I am discusted.

We had a good time. The bartenders were great - the waitress/mgr was slow and too loud for a quiet slow early dinner service. front desk was not very helpful when asked about amenities and things to do. No maps or suggestions. Hotel room was clean. Could not locate ice machine.

Stained sheets. Uncomfortable beds. Changed $25 and $15 on my card without telling me. Incidental fee and pet fee that I did not no about!!

I arrived at the hotel after the front desk had closed, so I had to check in across the parking lot at the Grand Hotel. This wouldn't have been so bad, except I had lugged all of my bags, my pillow and my hanging clothes in so I wouldn't have to made a trip back outside in the snow and cold. When I was directed to the other building, I had to drag everything back to the car and go across a large parking lot to the other building. I wouldn't have had an issue with this modified check-in had I known in advance that they close the front desk for check-in at 8 pm. So, the messaging about check-in was problematic. Otherwise, the room was large and clean. Dated, but it was fine for an overnight prior to an early am flight the next day.

The weekend front desk were young women (high school) who didn’t seem to care, wore sweatshirts and were not very helpful or customer service oriented. Called them on a few occasions for things the room needed but they never came/followed thru. Morning breakfast staff were amazing! Very friendly and attentive. Room was clean.
