The hotel itself was wonderful as was the breakfast! Staff couldn’t be better.. was a bit tricky to find as it was down a narrow alley but all else was great!!

The staff were very helpful and kind, and extremely responsive at answering any question or helping with anything. Our room was simple but clean and nice in a very good location for walking to many things of interest. Our only complaint is that the air conditioning did not really work in our room, and even after running the A/C for several hours the room didn’t really cool down that much.

The hotel was very nice. The room is updated and modern. Limited hooks for towels and clothes. We stayed for three nights as part of a two week Italy vacation. The service was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was limited. Our only issue was that our room had a loft with a twin bed where our son slept. The loft was hot (it was the middle of July and very hot). We were able to tolerate it by buying a fan and running the AC very low. So our son was okay and we were very cold. The hotel offered to change the room, but I think they’re all loft style. Just FYI if you plan to stay in the loft in summer. Otherwise, nice room.

We had a very pleasant stay in Melrose Napoli. The hotel is centrally located and the room was very nice and comfortable and staff (Stefano) was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Napoli.

This darling boutique hotel is perfect! The location makes everything walkable as many shops, restaurants, churches and key sights are right around you. The room (a quadruple, for our two adults/two teens) was stunning. Comfortable beds. Immaculate cleanliness. Most of all though, Stefano, the General Manager was most helpful. Life can throw curve balls and we had an issue with our AC. He quickly stepped in to help to make it better and make sure we were all comfortable. It was the very best in customer service. He also helped to arrange transportation for an early morning pickup to the airport. This place is a must stay that will complete your time in Napoli.

Great little hotel. Very centrally located. Stefano, the hotel manager, was very professional and responsive. The bed was comfortable, tasty breakfast included, very clean. A little close to the touristy trap areas but convenient to other more fun areas to explore as well.

This was the worse experience we had in any stay in Italy during a 3 week trip. Stephan who worked reception was extremely rude & difficult to communicate with. The room was very small. It was difficult to walk in front of the bed. The twin bed at the top of the stairs was an uncomfortable. Breakfast was only served at specific time slots for 1/2 hr. You need to sign up early or you won’t be able to eat breakfast when you might want to. We didn’t find this to be very convenient.

Hotel and staff were great. Driving in town was very crazy. Wild Wild West.

Property is right in the middle of the city centre. Staff so friendly and helpful . Would stay again next time in Naples.

We were greeted warmly at reception; everything was clearly explained. Especially nice was the wonderful explanation of the things to visit in the area. At our request, they ordered a taxi for our 4 AM departure to the airport the next day, even requesting a taxi that would accept credit card (100% successful). Great location. The room was very nice and very comfortable. Hotel and room very clean. Would definitely stay at Melrose Napoli again.

Property was conveniently located near Dante train which enabled easy travel around the city. The hostess was also extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was unique and fun.

Great location, lots of great restaurants, snd excellent staff

This was a great guesthouse that is easily missed as it is in an alley and if you fly in during the evening, there are bars and action and not well identified. The communication was excellent in how to access the guest house after hours. The breakfast is continental [tea/coffee/juice with sweets and yoghurt, unlike the photos where meats and cheeses and fruits are displayed. We definitely felt we made an excellent decision to stay there and highly recommend.

Katerina and Martina were wonderful! The room was very nice and very comfortable. Pretty bathroom and loved the shower.

The room was clean and as shown in the pictures. Amenities within the room were good, but no other amenities were available.

Naples isn’t the nicest area but this boutique hotel is awesome. Caterina who was at the main desk was awesome and had our next days breakfast items like juice and yogurt put in our room the night before as we had to leave very early.

Very cute property but our room was right in front of the check out desk (like 1 meter away) and there was zero sound proofing so we heard the receptionists talk all the time. Same for the windows to the outside, zero sound proofing and we were in an area that had bars & restaurants … so we heard the music and the conversations all night. Not much resting happened during our stay at this location.

Very cute, modern space off a little pedestrian side street. Comfortable and very quiet (especially considering the very lively bar downstairs). The staff was lovely and the room immaculate. Would definately stay there again.

The staff was professional and very friendly! Two days we had very early starts and the staff went out of their way to deliver goodies for us to take with us. The AC worked great! It was much needed during our summer visit.

This property looks like just like the pictures. Very clean and modern. Staff (Caterina and Martina) was very accommodating and friendly. From check in to check out there was constant communication which was very much appreciated. We ordered our breakfast the evening before and had it delivered to our room (our preference) or you could eat in the dining area which we never utilized. The air b n b is located in a building on the second floor. There are other tenants in the building, but they provide you with an electronic key to enter the building as well as to enter the floor where the suites are located and then you use the same electronic key to enter your room. Lots to see and do around the area. If you like to walk it’s about 20 minutes to the port Beverello if you are catching a ferry to Capri or one of the other islands. It was about a 6 min walk to the Santa Chiara which has beautiful majolica tiles in a lovely garden. The Via Toledo is right around the corner. Lots of shopping on that street and at one point it becomes a pedestrian thoroughfare and takes you to the sea. It’s about a 25 minute walk to Castel Sant Elmo (taking the funicular) which has the most amazing views of Naples, Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from the top. We would stay here again!!
