This apartment was perfect for my family with two teenagers. The beds were very comfortable. It was great having a kitchen to have breakfast and make snacks. Easy train to get anywhere in Tokyo. Added bonus having a washing machine.

Generally the property was excellent and well located, our only problem was with the furniture in the apartment we were allocated. To be honest it was a bit skanky, the fabric arm chair was not used at all as it was covered in suspected dry unidentifiable human secretions. The couch / futon is well on its way to a similar point, an update of the furniture is desperately required. Despite this we enjoyed our time in Tokyo and this property was a good place to stay.

The property is directly above a subway samtation so if you are sensitive to noises you will hear the train stopping by at night. The Sasazuka station is only in one metro line (Keio line) so you will likely have to take this line to Shinjuku for transferring to all major sites. It is one long stop by express trains or 3 stops by local trains to the Shinjuku station, which is a huge transit hub and could be confusing to navigate for transfers. The rooms are clean but the ACs don't work very well. There is a Lawson downstairs and a few restaurants nearby. Overall good value for families that need to find more than one room (if you can tolerate the noise).

What a lovely property the Kario Sasazuka Terrace is, you will not be disappointed with the price, quality, and convenience to Keio train lines. We would most definitely stay there again.

The location couldn’t be better. Right in front of Sasazuka station, connecting many popular destinations by easy train rides. Restaurants and grocery stores literally within a minute.

The room felt claustrophobic for 3 people. One double bed and a sofa bed, but it was broken and the cushion was very thin. The lobby is just a front desk, no reception, no tea or coffee. The location was convenient, right next to Sasazuka station, and there was a great place to eat (delicious breads, coffee, matcha, etc) and a market with fresh foods. The room was clean (as all of Japan). The area felt safe. The room was just too small and I felt like a giant as everything was tiny and low ceilings. Small window with no views. If you want a place to just sleep and shower, an close to a station it is fine.

We had a lovely stay here. Only criticism we have is that the internet was a bit iffy at times but the property was very clean, check-in was simple and easy, and the place was perfect for our party of 3. Will be staying here again

We waited 25 minutes to check in. The staff only showed up at strict 3pm and no other ways we can contact them. One couples told us they were already there for 30mins before we arrived. After the staff arrived, the couples had some issues with the payment method so it took so long for them to check in and we could just wait... Other than that the hotel room was fine. But because of that experience we were not dare to store our luggage at the front desk because we were afraid that we could not find anybody when we needed the luggage back.

Very unique location with so many shops and restaurants nearby. The best part of our stay was the ability to exit the train and be inside our room within minutes. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with a great bathroom. The only negative was the couch in the living room. The couch looked dirty, so we didn't really use it during our 6 nights there. Everything else was fantastic.

Located next to Sasazuka Station, one or few stops away from Shinjuku Station, very convinient place for dining and shopping as well. We stayed in 2 bedroom suite, had washer with detergent (nice), bathtub/shower room has fancy AC to dry your clothes, and kitchen had the electric kettle, pots and pan, microwave open, stove, dish wash detergent with ponge, everything we need. You'll don't get housekeeping service, but upon request, they will pickk up trash, etc. Front desk staffs are very friendly, helpful, but just one thing... you'll have housekeeping service if you stay over 7 days, so we set the date upon check-in, however we did not receive it. Little disappointed, but everything else good!! We had late night, hotel check-out time is 10am, but they hold the luggage for us until our actual departure time at hotel.

This facility provides you with home away from home. Great to have kitchen, clean beds, washer and clean bath. I only wish that sofa was not covered with stains, and it was equipped with cleaning wipes or bloom for extended stay.

We love the location a little bit far from the airport but the train is just near your hotel. Super clean and you’ll feel safe. A lot of nearby store including 7-11 around the area really nice!

Clean and cozy room with necessary fitting ie washing machine, ovens, induction cooker etc and suitable for family stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful, help us to arrange transportation to airport. Location of hotel is great. Surrounded by convenince store and eaterly house. Can strolling ard even after late night.

We booked a quad room. Everything is unexpectedly perfect, especially for family group! Only a few a flaws: 1) We reached at around 6PM on wed(4Dec). My family and I waited for almost half an hour for the reception staff to be back for check-in process. They left a note on the desk with a phone number yet we have a data sim card only so it can't be accessed. The check in process is simple after all. 2) Just a bit of noise when the train passes by since the hotel is just right next to the metro station. But we got used to it and it stoped at midnight, so we're totally fine with it. 3) Lack of rooms for hangers inside the twin bed rooms. Also, it would be more ideal if a long mirror is provided inside the house. 4) Only thing that is most headache is that they have no rooms for luggage storage. We had to carry our luggages with us once we checked out at 10am. It's the most inconvenient part after all. In a nutshell, it was 92/100! we had a pleasant stay in here for our trip and will defo visit again :)

Very convenient place to stay at as it's right by the station with various shops and restaurants. Right downstairs in the same plaza is a convenience store. Overall would highly recommend!
