The only difficulty was checking in. The instructions were a bit unclear. I booked the room, but my father added his name to the check-in first. This jumbled the system a bit, and with the dinosaurs being unable to speak, we got confused trying to fix the mistake.
A note saying that the person who booked the hotel should check-in first, would be very helpful!
Loved the dinosaurs besides this.

Best place to stay if your flying in or out of KIX

It was in convenient place from the airport by taxi from the airport. Great Bay view (too bad it was rainy), nice amenities include the hot springs with bay view, yummy food and souvenir shop, cafe, massage chair (oooo massage chair!!) after long flight and affordable. Room we stayed was huge.

Breakfast time as listed on Expedia is incorrect, closes at 9 sharp so know that. Sauna area pretty crowded but is decent quality. Rooms are fine nothing special. View is either great (ocean) or terrible (parking lot). Check-in are robot dinosaurs, kinda weird but it's easy to figure out. Subway to the airport is a pain, taxi's are 3,500.

I don’t speak T Rex or Japanese, so checking in with a T Rex Japanese robot was a struggle!

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The room was clean and there many little touches that shows the operators of the hotel have are very thoughtful.
It was great to attached to a high quality onsen and the breakfast in the morning was worth the price. All of that and the ocean views were great!

It is a fun place to stay. The breakfast is great. It is great to use the bathhouse.

New property, 10 mins walk from Rinku town station. Room is spacious and the bay view is beautiful. Huge Costco style supermarket across the street, and an outlet mall next to the train station. Easy to get to the airport ( 5 mins by train).

Beautiful sea view, the room is comfortable, the robot are cute! The restaurant is lovely and the staff are friendly, the hot spring is good, 10 mins walking to metro, 10 mins walking to outlet, I will stay again next time.

Staffless entry was interesting & the velociraptors were cute, but there still should be a human on the desk. The onsen was nice, breakfast was good, the view from the restaurant is exquisite.

The robots in the reception area are just the beginning. There is a really nice little robot in each room that can do helpful things for you.
Everything was super clean, and my room was very quiet. A very convenient location if you are traveling through the nearby airport. The price is also very reasonable. I will stay here again in the future.

A unique boutique hotel with an annex onsen building . Rooms were not big but it’s ok for a short stop over . Facilities around are lacking and you have to walk to Rinku Station area before you get a convenience store

There is a 24 hrs supermarket near the hotel and beautiful sea view in the room. However, the room has a little bit bad smell.

You think that the hotel is going to be quirky, but apart from the dinosaurs at the check in it was very plain and nothing special/unusual. Better to stay at the airport if flying.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was mainly meat or fish and Japan in general is not set up to cater for vegetarians.
The hotel is situated a short walk of about 10 minutes from Rinku Town station which is the first stop on the airport express rail so was very convenient for a tired traveller. Rinku Town was a fairly quiet area but the train into Osaka was extremely regular and took about 30-40 minutes.

Breakfast was very good - for me, a good Japanese style is precious. Convenient for near KIX. Onsen was crowded but just have to avoid going during busy time as it is shared with another building for the public.
Overall excellent - will stay again.

Paid for breakfast but they don’t offer early breakfast like other airport hotels.
10 minute walk to Rinku Town wouldn’t have been bad without luggage. No train schedule info.
However, onsen was great. Spotless and clean rooms. But focus is on profits and not hospitality.

We needed to stay the night before our flight so it was a convenient place to stay near KIX. Check in and check out were no problem.
