Amazing hospitality. I love the training staff who helped me checked out the last day.
5.0
Staff was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Neighborhood isn’t the nicest but you’re not staying outside so I had no complaints/issues.
5.0
Excellent service and a comfortable clean room. Delicious hot breakfast. I appreciated the 24hours coffee. Hotel is located in an industrial zone away from tourist areas, but within 5 minutes walk to a subway station and 10-15 minutes drive to La Guardia airport.
5.0
Great hotel, convenient for our travel within Queens. Parking was super convenient. Not much in walking distance but didn’t matter for our stay. Easy to drive or Uber to our destinations.
3.0
The hotel itself was fine. I was there on business for 3 nights. If you plan on taking Ubers everywhere you’re good, but if you plan on taking the train this may not be the best location. There wasn’t anywhere walkable to eat and the walk to the train was super sketchy. There is no way I would walk around that area at night. Even during the day being alone on the street made me uncomfortable. It is an industrial area mostly so there is a lot of street traffic all night but all of NY streets are loud so that isn’t a big deal. It’s more the housing nearby that made it sketchy. I won’t stay here again solely due to the location.

Clean modern hotel, nice hot breakfast and the rooftop view was a treat. Appreciated the friendly and professional front desk staff and nice layout of our room. Very clean. While this hotel is not in close proximity to a subway (but we used uber for the most part anyway) and is in a more industrial/isolated area (but we did not intend to spend a lot of time there as we were visiting family in Astoria and Manhattan), would definitely recommend it to folks who want quality accommodations and can be flexible in terms of transportation. Very reasonably priced for an NYC area hotel but with a solid positive experience you’d expect from a Marriott.

When I arrived, they coudnt find my reservation and I waited a long time. When I finally got to my room, there were no wash cloths and I called front desk and she advised they don’t have any more. My room window was facing the NYCHA housing projects and they have a lot of homeless shelters next door.
The only good thing was Alice the front desk clerk, she was so nice and extremely patient.
4.0
Positives: The staff was excellent, the hotel was clean, the rooms were basic but functional, and the breakfast was adequate.
Cons: Although it's a 10-minute walk to the subway, the location isn't the best. Furthermore, it should be noted that the description refers to a "Manhattan view," which is inaccurate given the new structure in front of it.
The drawbacks are negligible overall, and I would book again.
2.0
The neighborhood that the hotel is in is covered in grafitti and torn up buildings. Not safe to go out at night or day in the area and nothing in walking distance worth going to.
3.0
The area is not so great and rather far from metro. It was very noisy from 5am and unable to sleep.room was missing few items (like hand soap, no lotion, limited towels)

Spacious, clean, friendly stuff and manager, 24 hour open Manhattan view rooftop, great and comfi lobby, roomy open air hangout/coffee area, great breakfast.
From now, all my guest will be here for sure.

Very good stay! All amenities are provided (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, towels, hair dryer, iron, etc)
My one note is, if you are a light sleeper, there is some construction next door going on. More than anything you’ll hear some noise during the day.
They switch up the breakfast which is nice. Water, tea & coffee are unlimited & always accessible.
Some bodegas near by for some New York food. An amazing Ecuadorian food truck. Also, a 99¢ store which comes in handy for toothpaste & extra things of that nature.
Although, if you wanna skip the bodegas, there is a mini store inside of the hotel.
If you don’t mind walking to get to public transport, a few lines are a 15ish minute walk. A few buses also pass near by.

Suites are spacious and well cared for. Beautiful and cozy hotel with an amazing staff.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I really did not remember until I got there or I would not stay there just because of the area where the hotel is located. It is so shady at night and I did not feel really safe. Christina was excellent. The guy working at night on March 5th did not even look at me when I walked in kind of late at night which can allow anyone to get in!!
Still some homeless people can get in and go to the restaurant. There was a guy even with a dog!!!

We weren’t able to get into our rooms until 1/2 hour after our arrival which was 2 hours after check in times. Parking is $55 a night which is outrageous.
2.0
I paid $55 per night for parking however they informed me that the parking is closed after 10pm.
The front desk ladies are unfriendly and arrogantly handled me all the way until checking out. I will not repeat it again and I regret that I didn’t do it with Hilton

I booked this hotel soley on the advertising of a Manhattan View for starters. We were in NY for a funeral. We drove to the hotel which is in a very industrial area and we looked for parking. I ran in and she said its self parkjng on the streets or valet parking from 10am to 10pm. I stated my event was at 9am and was told I wont be able to get my car until 10am. So we were forced to self park on the streets. So we drove for 25 min looking for a parking . We got one 3 blocks away and walked to the hotel in the cold and night. The next morning was alternate side parking so we had to move the car early before we got a ticket . I asked about the room view. She quickly apologized and said they are building and new building and its blocking the view. What a huge disappointment as I wanted to surprise my husband with it. She was kind to say if u go to the rooftop we could see the view. So we did excitingly and got to the PH and it was closed due to construction 🚧. So no view, no proper parkings. The construction made it very noisy at night . The neighborhood was filled with trash and filthy surroundings. The room itself was a standard room, nothing special besides the welcome of your name once you turned on the TV. The complimentary coffee and teas 24 hrs was convenient. The staff however was great . Great job to them but I was highly disappointed 😞 with this hotel. One positive note is you're minutes away from Roosevelt Island and then a tram into the city was nice.

I enjoyed my stay here and am definitely coming back! Loved the free breakfast, TV, and overall amenities. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was no stove in the suite, nor a bathroom fan and the room was kinda small. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Skyy and Alex were awesome, professional and courteous. The room was a great size, with everything you could possibly need. It could be cleaner, but generally I was satisfied. Great staff all around. The gym was basic, but it did the trick. Would definitely stay again.

They should add more variety to the breakfasts.

It was filthy and the noise all night and morning was ridiculous. I complained several times with the manager but sadly since I booked with Expedia they couldn’t and didn’t do anything for me. Oh and it’s seems to be a shelter also. Oh let me not forget to mention that I came here because of Expedias poor and deceitful reviews. And Expedia itself won’t and didn’t rectify because I didn’t tell them immediately and complained to the hotel itself while I came here to lay my father to rest also. They didn’t take absolutely nothing into consideration. Don’t book with this hotel or Expedia.

I did not like being startled out of my sleep early morning's from loud banging trucks and other industrial noise. It disturbed my sleep my whole stay and I do not feel that the price I paid was worth it at all. I am very disappointed and still tired from not resting.Furthermore the washing machines are smelly like mildew and sometimes they barely have anything for breakfast and their toasters and other machines break down so clients have to have cold hard bagels and egg McMuffins, no creamer for coffee, the juice machines run out and no one is really able to do anything with limited supplies.

The property was very clean and quiet the room was very nice. Loved the rooftop, breakfast was included in the staff which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property in a good location to get to different barrows wasn’t very far.
