We checked in later than expected, around 9pm due to traffic. The night desk clerk kept us waiting which was a poor start to our trip. The room was clean, but you could tell it was a little older. The beds were comfortable and clean and we were able to get the AC to bring the room to a comforable temp. The bathroom was clean and they had provided pleanty of clean towels. There is a vent in the bathroom which helped with the humidity. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a variety of foods from waffles to omlets and grits to cereals and toast. The drink dispenser was out of order so there was nothing to drink. Not even water. People had to purchase bottled water from the little market they had. Overall, the place was nice to stay with a family, but there are some issues that need to be fixed. Nothing that couldnt be taken care of easily.

The customer service was nice. I just wish the deposit fee was placed in the description. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft. I went and purchased a couple of pillows from Walmart. I’m glad we only stayed a couple of nights because the bed was horrible.

The morning of the day we were going to arrive I get a call saying my card wasn’t able to be authorized…. Being that I had selected pay at property I found this strange but also I was at work and was told that my reservation would be canceled by noon if my payment wasn’t updated ( it was 11:30am) and again I’m at work. Checkin didn’t even start until 4pm and again I selected pay at property. Needless to say I had to leave work to hurry and get things in order to save my reservation. Once we arrived the checking in was fine the gentleman at the counter was very kind and to the point which was great. Now that night and the next the experience was horrible…. The a/c until in our room squealed on and off all night not allowing any sleep. After the first night we told the a different gentleman at the front desk about the problem letting him know it was unbearable, we were told they will make a note but nothing will probably be done because “maintenance “ doesn’t work weekends. Not an offer for a different room or anything. So second night comes and obviously nothing was done about the unit so to try and get some rest we turned it off but unfortunately the room warmed up really fast which only made another night of NO sleep. And the icing on the cake is they have a sign by the front door stating they will make it right if your accommodations aren’t comfortable or a night on them…. We got neither.

Everything was perfect from price, room, front desk personnel even the breakfast was outstanding. We will stay there on our next trip to the Gulf Shores area.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. My only disappointment was breakfast, we were told it was served at 0630 and it was actually 0700. I would recommend an early start time when there are events going on during the weekend. We were there as vendors for the festival and had to leave before 0700. other than that excellent day. The hotel did charge us slightly higher than Hotels.com indicated and there is $100 deposit. That’s returned when you check out 48 hours later.

When we arrived check in was fast and convenient. They have plenty of luggage carts which was nice. Down by the front desk is the fitness center and they also have a small snack bar that you can purchase items from. Went up to our room and when we went inside it was very nice and spacious. Decided to check out the bathroom when things went south. The shower had not been cleaned or cleaned well. There was still soap residue on the soap dish from a bar of soap, the shower floor was dirty, the bathroom sink and counter top was dirty, the bathroom floor was as well. The urinal was disgusting. It still had dried urine all over the area behind the toilet seat. I immediately went down stairs and asked for another room. The front desk staff said I can have someone come clean the bathroom in a few minutes. That was fine with me. The lady from house keeping came up around 630 pm and spent a solid 30 minutes cleaning the entire bathroom with bleach until it was spotless. She was very professional and kind. She did an amazing job. In the shower they offer free shampoo and conditioner, and at the bathroom sink they offer lotion that you can use as well. The shampoo dispenser was empty, and the conditioner was on the wall next to the sink instead of being in the shower.. Everytime I had interaction with the front desk they were very professional and courteous. The hotel was great other than. The exterior is clean and well maintained.

The prices are very reasonable, but so again we went after Xmas. The breakfast was ok, not as good as it was last year when we visited around this time. The room was clean, but there was a hair brush and q tips left in the drawer from previous guest. I do recommend this hotel for when visiting the theme park, and mall and restaurants in walking distance. Great location.

The room was great but after we got settled in we wanted a shower. Went to take a shower and there was no shower curtain at all. My daughter tried to shower without the curtain but water was everywhere. Definitely not something we thought we needed to check for. They probably would have moved us but it was late and we were exhausted.

Andrew at the front desk was very friendly. Most people just check you in & don’t socialize with you. Andrew actually talked to use & made us feel very welcome. The next morning the housekeeper who name I didn’t get was very friendly. She was down the hall from our room cleaning another room. She greeted us with good morning & asked us if we needed anything. I have to sleep on a lot of pillows & forgot my extra pillow at home so I asked if I could get a pillow if possible. She asked for our room number & said she would be sure to put 1 in there when she was done. We left to get a bite to eat & when we returned we both said she forgot the pillow. We rested up a little then went back out for our scheduled activities but when we returned the pillow was there. I said oh she didn’t forget! That little thing meant a lot to me because I have neck issues & she took time to make sure I got that pillow. This hotel will be my home away from home from now on whenever I’m in town.

The space and set up of the room is a nice size and to have access to a kitchenette area is awesome! Hotel was close to Tropic Falls and all of the surrounding places to eat and shop! Overall the room was clean, However, house keeping needs to happen more frequent because the hotel room and hotel hallways smell stale, bring air freshener! Sanitizing your carpet hallways and rooms with some carpet freshener or something helpful would make a world of difference. Unfortunate we had a roach in our room by our next day/before we checked out!

First I didn’t kno it was pet friendly, and my kids are allergic. Secondly the price of the Hilton for the breakfast did not match up. The front desk personnel was not friendly at all, and lastly after asking for our room to be cleaned and new towels, we were not provided, even when I went to the front desk , it almost seemed as if they did not want to give me new towels. I will not be staying there anymore.

The night shift front desk when checking in and out were helpful and made our check in a breeze and our check out super easy! The breakfast staff helped also and the oatmeal is delicious!

Don’t remember the guy’s name that checked us in he was a manager that was filling in and he was so pleasant from the time we walked it! His energy and politeness alone made this a great experience!!!
