This is the most amazing hotel room I have ever stayed in. I have traveled a lot and hands down the service and the attention to detail at The Encore Boston is above and beyond. I highly recommend you book a room if You need to conduct any business or pleasure in the Boston area. I went for my graduation from Emerson College so I stayed for a week and during my time I visited several of the restaurants and the casino. The grounds were beautifully! Manicured. The spa is well worth a massage and if you go do try out the waterfall experience! Around 7:00 p.m. housekeeping knocks on the door and gives you chocolate to turn down. The rooms have a tablet that controls the lights and the curtains and you can stream your own Netflix. Even the bathtub has a TV! Honestly I could have just stayed in the room and had a great time playing with the tablet. I enjoyed shopping at the many boutique stores and they were accommodating at the drugstore when I needed to buy a hairbrush. I highly recommend Rare steakhouse for surf and turf And very fancy dessert. For a nice meal or a cocktail and also the Italian restaurant,Fusille, had a great espresso martini, (a little pricey at $22) but potent! What else? There is a great sense of security and safety at the Boston Encore. I felt that the service was excellent from the moment I checked in to the time that I left. I was also in such a rush. I left four pairs of designer jeans, and I called when I got to New York and they we'll ship them to me.

Very nice hotel and restaurants. Check in line can be a little long, maybe put one more person on the weekends. Nice big rooms and love the tub for bubble baths! If you are new to Winn Rewards they will give you a $50 restaurant/retail gift card or comp for the casino.

We enjoyed our stay at Encore. The bed is super comfy. Not much for free upgrades, but overall it was very nice

Nice hotel. we've stayed before and enjoyed. The only problem i see is the lack of a restaurant for breakfast. Ordering from room service is less appealing for us than an actual place we can get to easily to sit down for breakfast.

Very strange property. Beautiful decor and rooms. The casino itself was just a large room with some gaming tables and hundreds of the same slot machines. Half the restaurants weren’t open and the ones that were, the employees looked miserable which was sad. Pretty much all the employees in general looked miserable. It was pretty depressing in there. We couldn’t wait to check out.

These guy have free parking and it as nice as the Vegas location. I enjoyed the room and the view from my room. Wearing up the the busy city or watching the city slow down after 1 am. Real nice

Had a blast celebrating our anniversary. Got upgraded complimentary which included a better room and later check out. The only inconvenience was the employee at night around 8pm where the elevators are to go to our room. He was a bit rude questioning why we didn’t have 2 key cards and only 1. He said “not my problem if you get evicted”

Loved the Alexa enabled room. We had a suite overlooking the harbor on the 26th floor and that was fantastic! The service was great and the staff is super friendly. Great place to celebrate a birthday!

It was perfect for my birthday. we had everything right there and didnt need to leave the property. from cheese and wine to dinner to gambling (of course) to the club and after hours shake shack, it was perfect for everything I needed.

We went to Encore for our 25th Anniversary. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the whole casino area was spotless. I would go back again and again.

This could easily have been a 6* review, but the “late checkout” arrangement let them down. We PAID for a late checkout so that we could have a leisurely breakfast and morning before a long international flight, only to be disturbed 3 times because we “hadn’t checked out on time”!! Poor communication which ruined our morning.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel and have done so many times in the past. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in the world and I am well traveled. The grounds and the rooms are meticulous and very spacious!! I deducted stars because of several reasons. In the past they used to have robes in the room which they no longer provide so when I wanted to go to the spa, I had nothing to wear to get there. Secondly, as a VIP Expedia member I used to be afforded late check out and that was not honored, I ended up paying an extra $100 for late check out. Also as a VIP member, I used to get free upgrades which was also not honored even though the hotel was not fully occupied and there were available rooms. Also, my husband called concierge to request a refill to our snack bar and we were told that a mandatory gratuity and service fee would be added to the ONE bag of cookies we requested. Overall, the staff, workers and cleaners are wonderful and I would stay here again but I’m just not sure why all these changes in the last few months. One more thing, during the lunch hour, all the restaurants downstairs were closed, not one open place to eat other than upstairs - dining options limited especially since my 5 year old son can’t enter the RARE restaurant. I really wish they had more activities for kids like a club or a pool - hopeful wishing

Zee helped us out and she was fantastic! Can’t believe how professional and kind she was. Made a slight problem of ours go away with ease and check in was very pleasant! Zee is a top notch pro!
