great location, restaurant good, comfortable, but tv in room stayed on a download message, not getting a solid feed, very irritating, not good for watching anything, nothing wrong with the tv, it was just bad communication/load.

Well appointed hotel in the perfect location. Service from the check in desk to the valet was excellent and very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Loved the 1799 restaurant, bar and McGavocks Coffee shop. There was a rare winter storm while we were there and everything stayed open inside the hotel while everything else was closed in town which was great. Will definitely stay here again

Total disappointment due to theft of our laundry that was accidentally left behind. I called 4 hours after we departed but housekeeping claimed they could not find it. If you cannot trust the house keepers to admit they found the large bag of laundry that was left hanging on the connecting room door knob I do not think I can trust them cleaning my room at all.

The staff was unbelievably friendly. And there were lots of them everywhere you needed them. Jim is also great new equipment, Peloton. Very well done

Kate was amazing at the front desk. She really went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We will certainly stay at the Harpeth again the next time we're in Franklin.

When I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready and I had to conduct my business calls in the lobby where it was very loud and noisy. I'm an out of town guest at this hotel at least 2-3 times a month.

The hotel was beautiful and the location amazing. The downfall was there is only valet parking and no self park option. We were told to park down the street in a city provided parkade. Although it was very safe, it’s always prefer some kind of on site parking.

But the mattress was broken in half. Every time you moved the other side would ‘fall.’

It was amazing! From the valet staff, to check in, cleanliness, comfort and location, it was all just perfect! Would definitely stay again. We didn’t eat there so can’t rate that part but everything else was fantastic.

Very wonderful stay for my niece’s wedding. We had stayed a few nights at the Westin in Nashville. I wish we stayed at the Harpeth the entire trip. Loved everything about the hotel. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and the rooms were well-appointed. The location was convenient an walkable to local shops and restaurants. The only downside was we had to leave.

The dining at the 1799 restaurant was just awesome. Love the privacy of the booths and the food was the best.
