Cigarette burns on everything. Toilet barely flushed. Stains on the ceiling. Cracks in the wall. Carpet was 30 different colors.The outside entry doors were taped open so anyone who wanted to could just walk in!! The other tenants were extremely loud with consequences. There were people cutting hair in the hallways. No vending machine. No Ice machine. No phone in the room. Completely horrible experience. Did I mention that the 2 closest buildings to us were Strip Clubs? Do better Hotels.com!!! Don’t advertise businesses as 6/10 star rating when they are literally dumpster fires! I will most likely not ever book with you again. I’m extremely disappointed!

The place was clean And nice a little bit outdated but overall very happy for the price

Staff was very nice. This is a “you get what you pay for hotel.” Interior was old but clean. Outside was not well-maintained. Did not realize this was right next to a Gentlemen’s Club.

Went to check in after a reservation was made 6 months ago and told they had no room for me.

Next to a highway and noisy, good price, clean

Its a ok hotel nothing to special about it. Me room had a fridge but no microwave. I stayed for 3 days and no one came and knocked to see if i needed clean towels or service. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels.

It was cheap but the guy at the front desk was rude and assumed i was gonna cause trouble which i didnt do anything of the sort the lady tho was super sweet and was very helpful and nice the whole time

It wasn't a typical hotel. There was no housekeeping every day. It was a pretty beat up building. It seemed that people were living there temporarily. It's not the kind of place I would go to again. Especially with the intention of relaxing.

I did not stay. No customer service after Midnight. So, can not get the key to the room. Try to call Hotel Number, But no one answer. Call Booking customer service for cancelation, until now ( one week ) did not get credit back.

Fridge was broken, saw bugs, toilet was not bolted down.

The bed was very comfortable, room was remodeled(new carpet and TV) Inn was under construction also. No micro, mini fridge or coffee maker. the vending machine for drinks was out of order, no ice machine or buckets. for the price is was ok. Location was not the best for a solo traveler

There’s a bell to ring at the front counter but no one comes when you ring it for Check in/Check out. The hotel is right next door to a strip club. It’s noisy and the room was 80 degrees when we got there (in May).

The workers are trifling rude. Blood stains on bed, (do yourself a favor and don't take the sheets off! If you decide to stay at this muck)dirt built up carpet. The workers that stay at the place charges a $20 deposit for rooms, which they want to keep. This is a relived Inn stay which was previously occupied by economy lodge. All beds, lenin, bed frames are all wore down. Accused us of breaking a bed frame when the bottom leg was bent from heavy use. The tables are wobbly. Everything is worn and they complain customers fault Then goes on to say she replaced the frames for $50 bucks, wanting my deposit toward the frame. Scams.

Honestly, this property was so bad that I canceled my stay 15 minutes in. The man at checkout took forever, meanwhile, guests are running around behind me with NO MASKS on, then their credit card machine didn’t work, I almost missed an important business call, and weirdest of all, they needed a $20 cash deposit that I was not forewarned about! Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the many other affordable options in Fort Wayne.

Quiet environment.

The property is somewhat run down and in need of repair. But the staff were friendly and the room and common areas clean. It's no 5-star hotel, but considering the price it's a pretty good deal.
