Great Property! The room was fantastic and shower had abundant water pressure. Breakfast was 10/10, bacon, hash, real eggs and hashbrowns.
One of the better properties we have stayed at in three years of over the road work.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning. Room floors were a bit dirty but over all room was pretty clean. Mattress platform(box spring thing) prob needs replacement a little squeaky and compressed. But all in all, very comfortable and pleasant experience. Would stay there again.

Hotel itself is very nice however we had a terrible neighboor. Our room had a connecting door and at 1am our neighboor couple got to their room completly drunk and started blasting loud music. We tried to call the front desk to complain as they have a strick noise policy but no one answered... the music finaly stopped at 2h30am... not a great night of sleep. In the morning when we told the person at check out, she did not care what so ever.

The room design was excellent.
But it was looking a bit worn. Chips on the furniture, cabinet door to the mini fridge falling off its hinges. Mattress not comfortable, too hard. There was no literature in the room whatsoever, including no information about TV no information about eatery options nearby, etc

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Room was large, clean and updated. Will stay here again. Free breakfast was great. Coffee available 24/7

I booked a stay back in January, received confirmation of a room with a King bed when we arrived we had a room with two queen beds. Was told my room was changed due to a basketball team that had booked after me.
I asked why no courtesy call and they stated they had no contact info for me because Hotels.com doesn’t give that info to them.
Breakfast food was also cold, eggs and sausage.

A clean, comfortable hotel. Large suite type room, comfortable bed, very nice shower. Good breakfast. Close to dining and shopping.

We needed to stay at a hotel close to the hospital where our son is critically ill
At 12:45 a.m. I had to go down to the lobby to yell at people that were partying there
Around 1:45 a.m. we called the lobby, not sure who answered but they hung up on us when we complained about the noise
When we complained this morning, the desk clerk did not know who worked over night as he that there was no one there when he arrived at work
It seems the group partying in the lobby were running the hotel
Not everyone travels for pleasure!

I did have to move from an room that was adjoined to another one because of noise level and the smell of Marijuana.. but the staff was accommodating.

The property was clean, and they did not have carpet in the room, which was a plus for us! The shower had the best water pressure! Would definitely stay again and try the breakfast next time.

The room was very cold. The HVAC system does not work effectively. I was uncomfortable during my stay.

For the price I should have not had high expectations, but I thought it would have been comparable to a Hampton Inn or Courtyard but it was more like a Super 8. Although it looked clean, there was an old woman’s odor in the room. The sheets were hard/scratchy and the towels very thin. The frame of the bed made a lot of noise every time I moved. The hotel wasn’t well insulated, every time someone walked by my room, it sounded like they were in my room, plus there was a barking dog for over an hour in the morning.Nice size room and although I did not eat the breakfast, it look decent.

People were good. Only one lane of two lane entrance was plowed. Thankfully not a lot of traffic. Hotel has it so you need to put your room key into a pocket located somewhere on some wall of the room before the lights come on.
Checking in after dark (winter makes that early) you find a totally dark room that you need to grope around the walls for the card slot to get light.
Obviously whoever has this idea only tried in daylight. What a pain.

For a fairly new hotel, this place is a dump. The furniture in our room was falling apart. The couch cushions were ripped. The hotel is noisy. The breakfast was lousy. The security door in the back of the hotel was open most of the time we were there, and there was no latch on the door to keep it closed. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and they let us check in an hour earlier. The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are very spacious and clean but area doesn’t seem very safe at night.

Property was super clean and centrally located but the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I understand hotels can be noisy and that’s fine but there was first music blaring (I’m not a cranky person either but this was shaking the walls) until 10:30pm then small children (4-5 years old) were being allowed to run up and down the halls screaming at 11:30pm for HOURS. When I called to complain the front desk woman acted like she didn’t even think children were staying and said she would try to figure it out and call a room…..why not just look at the cameras….. you can see them! When the noise continued I walked down to front desk where the gentleman was apologetic but said there was nothing he could really do. And the fan in the room wouldn’t stay on non- stop to drown out the noise. Otherwise the place was very nice.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And I travel! The breakfast was fresh and numerous options to choose from. Lobby was set up nicely as well!

Our hotel stay was ok. The hotel itself is really nice and clean but there were some things we didn’t like as well. I’m listing the pros and cons below.
PROS:
- clean
- day staff are friendly and polite
- pool
- checkout is at 12pm
- Galleria mall is literally like 2-3 mins away
- lots of shopping stores and restaurants
CONS:
- breakfast was terrible, not enough varieties and twice I found the scrambled eggs pot empty and didn’t see any refills for a while. We ended up doing brunch outside or our leftovers.
- only 1 little lotion tube, only 2 big towels. Every hotels we went to had 2 if not 3. I asked the person at the front desk at night for couple of lotion tubes and towels which I received but she looked disturbed and bothered when I asked.
- No microwave in the room. Probably Hyatt hotels rule but still inconvenient. Majority of the hotels do have microwave in the room. Had to heat up food in the dining area every time.
- pool was really cold. First night was very chilly. Even after being in the water for a while but body was still cold. Second night was normal. It was heated enough.

We only stayed for 1 night.
The room was clean and very comfortable.
However, the coffee machine was missing a part and we were unable to make coffee in our room. A minor issue.
Overall, pleasant stay.

My room was nice and clean. It probably isn't entirely the hotel's fault, but I had a terrible night. It was so noisy ... there was a family or group yelling and screaming and crashing around above me until past 2 am. The walls were vibrating. At first I thought there was some midnight construction project going on outside, until I heard the kid's voices. At times, it felt like bombs were going off. It occurs to me that maybe I should start going for more expensive hotels if I want sleep. The clientele here truly left something to be desired.
The free breakfast was pretty awful. I can blame the hotel for that. The oatmeal was just white-colored water, not even hot. The toaster barely warmed the bread, despite sending it through three times. The waffles were like cardboard, the eggs like plastic. I couldn't eat it. The coffee was ok, fortunately, as was the orange juice. No pastries, though.

We were given a room next to a noisy ballroom with a large event occurring next door. We asked for a different room and were lied to and told the hotel was sold out despite rooms still being available online. Wish we had a nicer room and a better experience. Will stay at a Marriott property next time.

The pool was out of service the entire weekend while we were there. This is one of the only reasons why we booked this hotel. We also asked for our room to be cleaned, which the front desk said we could call down any time before 5 PM. We left at 2 PM and made sure to let them know that it could be cleaned-the front desk was hesitant to say yes, even though they confirmed that we could call before 5 PM earlier on that day. One of the cleaning ladies was there and said that she would take care of it. We got back to the hotel around 9 PM, and the room had not been cleaned at all. At that point, we needed new towels so I called down to front desk again. They did not bring the towels to our room, but instead made us go downstairs to the front desk to pick them up. This was just absolutely terrible service.

Pros- Cleaning staff was super friendly and did a great job. Breakfast was good.
Cons- The front desk that worked on Tuesday afternoon needs customer service training. While checking in I asked a question and was told to wait to ask questions. When she finished checking me she spoke so fast I could barely follow along. When I asked to clarify a few of her statements I received attitude. Later when I went to look at the gym a second woman behaved as if she was doing me a favor by letting into the gym. It’s not the customers fault that they have to go to the front desk to get access.

Very clean, very nice property. Front desk was very nice but took forever to check in ... not sure if it was the technology or the user.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, staff at check in was friendly. Check in was smooth. Liked the layout of the room. Breakfast offering was a buffet with a good many options. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

We booked a King Size bed, but the hotel no longer had one available. Was very upsetting. They assigned us a 2 bed queen room instead. Overall, room was nice and the hotel was clean.
