Extremely clean hotel. Wonderful breakfast spread. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. We did use the 24 Hour Fitness Center, which is large and very well equipped. The entertainment system was a little hard to use; We had to call the front desk to figure out how Chrome-cast worked, and they were not much help. And finally, the pillows are absolutely terrible, but I literally have the exact same complaint about pretty much every hotel. I should probably just bring my pillow with me when I travel.

My gtay was very good. Clean. The breakfast was very good, very clean, service personnel were friendly.

The hotel was clean and staff was professional. Check-in was smooth. The only thing I didn't like was when I ran the shower the bathtub filled up with water so I was standing in dirty water. I even checked the pull up stopper to ensure it was up to drain.

The main thing for us was a very nice pool that was open. At first there were no towels, but before we left the pool there were lots of heavy towels.
The second thing was the great breakfast.
Other than those two, everything was very good. We will look to stay there again on our next visit. Thanks!

Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Fishers is a very modern hotel with a neat design. We found the hotel to be very clean. Unfortunately, the power blinds were not working. We called for assistance and we were told someone would be up as soon as the shift change took place. No one showed up and we had to deal with the blinds being open for the night. It was frustrating because the area around the hotel is very well lit up at night. I tried to speak with a manager the next morning about the concern, but I was told there was no manager on duty. I called the next business day and was again told there was no manager on duty. This is a beautiful hotel, but the service was subpar.

Arrived New Years Eve,Stayed for one night,check in was smooth,staff was helpful. Top Golf was across the road,Castleton Mall 10mins away,Lucas Oil Stadium 20mins away, we played tge Raiders, my Colts won. Plenty of options for dinning & lounging literally a walk across the parking lot. Only knock at night parking for hotel, because the businesses are so close.

Great location. Close to so many amenities, restaurants, and recreation opportunities. Clean, comfortable, up to date hotel. Free breakfast buffet was well stocked, with more variety and better quality than most hotels that offer this service. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located near my family’s home. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was quite good.

A great place to stay on a long road trip. Rooms were very nice with tons of space, well designed, clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Tons of walkable dinner options near the hotel if you don’t want to get back in the car to drive to dinner. Close enough to the highway that it’s convenient but cannot hear the road traffic. Will definitely stay here again if we need a place to stay on a road trip!

I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room and saw how spacious it was. It had a full kitchen, sitting area and separate bedroom with a very nice bathroom. Very modern decor and very clean. Quite impressed.

Overall the stay was great. There were some system issues at check in which delayed us getting keys to a room but they were resolved overnight after the midnight desk representative forced it through the system. The bar staff was also very accommodating to our group.

The hotel was clean overall, and the room & bed were great! The breakfast could have been a bit better. The selection was ok, typical of this level of hotel (eggs, breakfast meat, cereal, fruit, bread). However, the bread selection, for instance, only had wheat or a limited quantity of English muffins, or there were only 2 kinds of cereal. The biggest issue was the lack of food at 9:15, when breakfast closes at 10. Understandable to limit food waste, but, if I come down with more than 30min left for breakfast, I wouldn't expect to have limited options. Dishes/cups were also not being restocked without being asked. Be warned that the doors to breakfast will close right at 10AM! If you want food, make sure to be there by 9 for best selection. And the coffee pots may not be refilled after 10.

Enjoyed everything with the exception of loud, blasting music near our room at 2 in the morning. Notified front desk and he was able to locate and resolve issue.

Fantastic value. Everything felt new, clean, and well maintained. Plenty of staffing and everyone was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with many options, kids enjoyed the pool, comfortable and clean rooms. Some neat shops and restaurants in the next door plaza, otherwise convenient to highway.

My family and I spent 2 nights here while visiting family in Fishers. It’s a beautiful hotel with all the modern amenities! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the pool is much smaller than advertised. The sign says it can hold 50 people, but only if they were standing shoulder to shoulder. 10-15 people is more like it. It was still a very clean pool and my son had fun swimming around for a little bit.

A pleasant stay but this time I feel staffing was an issue. I requested the room clean but only got a change of towels. I already had to go and get towels the day prior when they were not delivered to the room. I like the location and food menu but on this occasion service was below standard.

Awesome trip for a basketball tournament. I love this location because of all the available eateries in walking distance from hotel.
