We were able to check in early. The pleasant gentleman was very attentive checking us in and noticed that one of our rooms was pretty small. He immediately switched us to a bigger available room. Love the warmth of the decor. They also care about sustainability!

SCP is a charming hotel in the center of the charming town of Redmond. It is within walking distance to restaurants but has its own which is quite nice. Recently remodeled, it is stylish but comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional across the board. I will certainly stay again on my next visit to Redmond.

Very hospitable, friendly, clean, one of the best night sleeps I've had. Such comfortable beds and each room had a white noise machine and although my room didn't come with a salt lamp like my coworkers it was a great experience!

For the price you pay for this hotel. You would think there would be a coffee maker or microwave in the room. No, none. Breakfast is not free. Prices for food is high.

What a cozy, warm experience it was to stay in this charming hotel! The customer service was unbelievably friendly (though not always speedy). The accommodations were so much more inviting than your average hotel: comfortable bed and linens, sofa in room, great water pressure in shower, extremely inviting lobby and Provisions Market with 2 fireplaces (meant for lounging), great accompanying restaurant (Terra Kitchen) and an overarching focus on gratitude, health and the environment.
Items that could be improved: 1) sound proofing between floors and rooms was not great (kept me up one night), and 2) No in-room coffee/hot water

Hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms have been remodeled. Bed was not comfortable at all. very hard! Lobby is rustic and cute. Restaurants on both sides of hotel very good. Beds need to be provided with some kind of mattress topper and better pillows.

1st time visiting Redmond and SCP Hotel was soooo quaint. Loved the decor, the vibe, the service. Rooms were super clean, quiet and well maintained. Walking distance to local shops, bars and great restaurants.

Hoping this is the future of hotel management. As someone who likes to consider myself an environmentally conscious traveller, this hotel solved so many common pain points when I travel - most notably single-use plastics and lack of recycling options. So grateful to have access to reusables and recycling in room and throughout the hotel. What really sealed the deal was the cloth shower curtains. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the on-site food options were truly tasty. Honestly one of my top overall hotel stays, would never have expected it would have been in Redmond, OR, but we were surprisingly pleased with the town itself as well. Fun to have walkable options and enjoy the small town feel.

Charming hotel-great space and walkability. Only negative was you can hear everything above you and we were ‘lucky’ enough to have someone up from 3:00-4:00 am above us.

I appreciated the atmosphere the hotel embraces. Was surprised there was no coffee-maker in the room but it was no great problem to seek out hot water on the main floor. Yes, there was some outside noise from the buildings systems, but not enough to disturb me. Shower had a good, steady stream and plenty of hot water. Staff was excellent.

Excellent customer service, clean, fun and comfortable vibe to the entire hotel. Loved the little touches like the sound machine playing spa like music and salt lamp both on when I walked into my room.

The SCP Is very nice. But I think they are missing a real opportunity to provide better for their guests. I had to leave the hotel at 6:20AM. The coffee shop was not open However there was coffee provided but nothing else. Maybe a bagel would have been much appreciated. It was also trash day and the garbage company was picking up trash cans behind my room. BTW Redmond Airport has no decent food at all.

Very nice modernized and relaxing room setting. A lot of nice touches to keep you in a relaxed and comfy mood. Beautiful hotel and loved the downtown area, I walked around a lot to visit the local shops and eateries. Only thing the hotel room didn't have, but it was my fault for assuming, was a TV in the room, and I understand why, but it was fine. I had my laptop with me anyway, so I was able to stream at the end of the night with their free wifi. Staff was great and friendly, and the mattress and pillow were extremely comfy. Overall, an amazing experience, I would stay here again for sure if I return to Redmond again. Very nice city overall too, I love my visit.

Close to many nice restaurants. The view from the roof top was amazing! The TV in our room was not working but they fixed the problem right away. Nice clean hotel!

Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have liked more bedding covers, as I enjoy that weighted feeling. We ended up taking off whatever was on the pull out sofa to supplement our bed. It worked. Floors were a little squeaky but charming. Well done decor. Very zen

This hotel is beautiful. Pictures are accurate. BUT smell and sounds are the problems here. There was a terrible sewer smell. And the AC equipment on the roof next to windows made extreme non-stop noise. They know this so they provide ear plugs -and- a white noise machine!!! Go somewhere else.

I just wasn't what I expect from a hotel. The rooms were tiny with no dresser drawers at all. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever experienced, except for a mini bathroom in France.
The staff was nice, but a little unorganized. The roof top area was pretty cool.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The have it coming from the ceiling and it blows right on the bed and freezes you out, then it turns off and within a few minutes I was tearing the sheets off because I was sweating. I told the front desk about it upon check out and she said that they could adjust the price if I wanted. That made me uncomfortable. They should just adjust the price if that's their policy. Don't make the customer feel uncomfortable about asking for the adjustment, just adjust it.
