Cute, privately owned hotel. Rooms are being remodeled and we got one that had recently been done - it was very nice. The lady who works days is very sweet and friendly. We were able to check in late which was helpful.

Hotel was beautiful. Our room had been remodeled and was in excellent condition. Beds were a little squeaky, but not enough to effect the trip. Basic continental breakfast, but visiting with the lady at the front desk was fun. We will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arrives.

The only lady there was nice. We heard a lot of road noice being on the front side of the hotel. Nice little place but definitely needs to be updated. You could feel the cold air coming in the door of the room.

First time staying there. My husband and I arrived at about midnight and the clerk was very friendly, nice and very understanding about our late arrival. The clerk on Saturday morning was very friendly and nice

The inn was very clean. It’s a little dated but cleanliness way more important to me. The bed was very hard though. I prefer a little cushion when I sleep. It’s also right on the highway so lots of road noise. Overall, it was very good. I would say here again.

The motel was clean, people friendly and the price and location was great. The con would be they need better mattresses and a working soda machine. There’s not a lot within walking distance but everyone should drive downtown and eat at Granny’s! Home cooking and a hug from Granny!

The worst was security, no means to lock it inside and a credit card could open the door. Which I did several times. I confronted management about this right after checking in. I was not offered the option of another room. I told the clerk I would have to stack furniture against the door and they agreed.

A firm mattress on the bed is a plus. Clean room, no dirt buildup in the corners. Even though there are signs of age (older tub, distressed furniture) the room is clean and quiet. The exterior is bright, cheerful, and clean. A welcoming sight. Would stay here again.

Cute cottage motel!! Check in was fabulous and the room was super clean, quiet and conveniently located. Cool night, so I don’t know if the a/c was adequate, but everything else work as it should (super plus). The lady that checked me in was extremely welcoming. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

Nice little motel, comfortable bed, spacious and clean room but not a big fan of the dark carpet. Overall its very convenient to stay, right off of the main road.

Unfriendly staff. The room was clean. The beds had plastic on the mattress. It crinkled every time you. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel because of noise. We were not accommodated. Ice machine was broken and no maid service.

Frustrated. Front desk didn't have my reservation despite being paid in advance. Who's at fault?

The shower was great! Rooms were not updated. I had to pay an additional $50 for my dog when carpet was already stained and tore up. Beds were new but plastic was left on making it impossible to sleep with crinkle sounds all night and extremely uncomfortable mattress! Room smelled like mildew. Paid $100/room for no hot breakfast, not even pastries. Trash can was not secured outside and was blowing down breezeway hitting doors through the night.

In the counter was a sign you must check in by 4 pm no exceptions. That sure is hard to do with traveling, and I did not see that listed on the Expedia site. Bed was broke, said they couldn’t fix that day offered to move us to a one bed room, (said they had no other openings) but we needed two beds. But the entire back bottom floor was empty!

Overall the property was very pleasing. Very comfortable king size bed all to myself. The only drawback about the room was that it looked like they weren't done with what seemed like a refresh of the room. There are unpatched holes in the walls from the removal of whatever was previously on the wall, there was what was left after the headboard to be bed was removed and the brand new box spring still was encased in plastic.
The shower was very slow to drain.
Should I be traveling through Missouri again, I will be staying here again.
