This place is a little sparse and doesn’t have many frills, but it was very clean, which I loved. The suites are very spacious. I was comfortable.

Well that no one came to clean the rooms we were there for three days, they said after seven days they come in then I left a couple dresses in the closet and I called back three or four days later, and they were supposed to get back to me and nobody ever did.

This was a bare bones hotel but nice and clean. It had all the amities but you have to ask for them which we did and they provided them. It was a new approach I guess and it was ok.

Great location next to outlet mall, safe walk to return to hotel from outlet mall after dark. Room in good shape Clean and Comfortable. The person above me was noisy not the property's fault. Breakfast was subpar in comparison to other chains in the same price range.

Very adequate for one night passing thru. Very clean tho dusty. Pet friendly, but beware alligators in lake in back of property. Adjacent to Outlets with shopping and many restaurant choices. Right off 95, very convenient. Would stay again.

I think they should not advertise breakfast being included. Granola bars and yogurt are not really considered a breakfast. Most hotels advertise and offer, pancakes, waffles, bacon or sausage, biscuits, cereal etc. normal breakfast foods. Breakfast did include an envelope of oatmeal however, very disappointing.

Modern plain building set apart from all other buildings. Needed to drive to dining. Rooms at $100 I expected a hot breakfast. Hotel was hard to find on gps using address. Beds and pillows and chair in room were very comfortable.

The toilet in our hotel room didn’t work. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and quickly got us a new room. I did like the set up of the room, however it definitely could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom. We arrived late and were hungry. We just wanted a quick bite to eat from the vending machine. Unfortunately it did not work. The breakfast offered was very underwhelming. You had your choice of oatmeal packets, granola bars, boiled eggs in a package, yogurt, muffins and coffee. The area around the hotel looked very nice. Would probably not stay again. Was disappointed in the breakfast offering.

Great place to stay close to highway. Breakfast was minimal. A granola bar. Yoghurt. Boiled eggs. Muffins. Grab n go style.

Elevator was out And because it was freezing outside we needed to turn heater on It NEVER got warm and when I asked at 4 pm in the afternoon they said they would make a note of it but there was no HELP not a technician; the manager had already left; not even an offer of a space heater or even extra blankets.

Stayed one night. No elevator functioning, that was not a huge inconvenience. Our room appeared clean BUT…. Bathroom sink was totally clogged, heating unit was extremely noisy and to top it all when we took a shower in the morning, there was dirt comming out of the back wall of the shower.

Pro: room was clean, bed was comfortable, only $25 for our dog, no issue with late arrival, they gave us our requested room type. The girl at the front desk was accommodating and pleasant. Con: room smelled of smoke . We tolerated it for the night and told the front desk at departure. There was very minimal for breakfast. We would return to this hotel again.

It was a good stay. I had an issue with linen and they came up immediately to correct it. Very nice place to stay. If you like shopping, this is the place to stay! The Tanger Outlets are right there. Comfortable stay.

room clean bed comfortable. Room is pretty bare bones no coffee maker, no utensils in kitchen. you have to ask for them apparently. towels are kid size not very big for adults. great that it’s dog friendly. grounds are clean. close to lots of retail, a Wegmans grocery store, and restaurants. breakfast is sparse. coffee, granola bars, oatmeal packets, yogurt, and hand fruit. hotel was pretty quiet overall.

The rooms are very nice and clean. My only complaint would be the pillows. A option to some flat pillows would be perfect.

Floor has a lot of dust. Bed is not comfortable, very noisy refrigerator, could not sleep. Breakfast is just a bar and coffee.

I definitely really this place to stay. Pros: Pet friendly, lakeside area to walk your dog. Clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, laundry facility availabe. Affordable. Cons: no coffee/tea other then during breakfast time 6am to 9:30am. Breakfast - sucks , you will get bad foffee with power bar.

Location feels safe and is very close to places to eat and shop. Room is clean but wish there was carpet because it rained when we arrived and was hard to not track wet shoes into the room
