Easy check in. Super clean and new property. Very peaceful property. Highly recommend.

The room was comfortable and clean. The person checking us in was the ONLY one doing everything. The bar and cafeteria closed early, so we were stuck on grabbing a bite. The breakfast was mediocre. Not worth the extra cost. It was also cold. We have stayed in many holiday inns, so was disappointed.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Excellent complimentary breakfast. One of the best hotels i have stayed at in a long time.

Al, who greeted us, was super friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean and ready. I saw no issues with this brief stay.

Convenient location for the purpose of my trip.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. It was convenient to all the places we had to go. Our bathroom door creaked, which created a creepy middle of the night experience for us. But that is just being trivial. I'll be coming through here frequently, and this is where i will stay.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and they offer a free hot breakfast bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

The property was new and all areas were very nice. I did not use any amenities other than free breakfast. I did not care for several thinks. The check in process took too long. First nobody was at the desk when I arrived. Second, the lady that was checking me in kept answering the phone and thereby putting me in a lower priority. Third, I was charged $20 on my credit card for “incidentals” that I had no intention of using and my credit card has not yet been credited back. Fourth, Upon getting ready to leave the next morning I checked my bill through the service on the TV. It indicated I had charged something from the “Market” which I had not. I had to go to the front desk to get that removed and it took about 10 minutes of my time to do so. I was pretty furious about having my credit card precharged $20 and then they apparently let anyone charge things to your room without any verification.

No vent fan in the bathroom was weird. Bathroom door seem to slam shut as in it did not stay open. Lovely property Good service.

Great! Love that there was actual buffet food for complimentary breakfast instead of pre-packaged food and to-go items most hotels are offering right now. Dove toiletry products-love it. Restaurant in hotel- didn’t eat there but nice to have option.

Apple Maps sends you to wrong location. Newer hotel. Very comfortable and pleasant staff

I love it has an indoor pool, a bar, and restaurant. The rooms are very nice. I didn't like how the bathroom door was made. There's no way to keep it open or prop it open.

Everything was great, but there was a sucker stick (under the tv) that housekeeping missed, which made me wonder what else didn't get cleaned.

Close to our venue and very nice inside out! I wish the bar was open later!

The accommodations were excellent. Great patio to sit and have dinner on. The food was great and the staff friendly!

The hotel is new so once it is properly staffed I’m sure the experience will improve. Reserved this room with Expedia but the staff did not know how to check us in so they charged my card for a room. The amount the hotel charged was cheaper than the Expedia offer. Check in took a half hour. Arrived in the room only to discover the fan and air did not work at all. It was very hot in the room and with no moving hair the smell of fresh paint was very strong. Went back to the desk and they gave us a new room and then charged me again so I payed for 3 rooms in total but only stayed in 1. The next room had a smaller refrigerator and the bathroom was not very clean but I was too tired to go back to the desk so I used my own Clorox wipes to clean everything before my kids touched anything. In the morning I spoke with staff and showed them that I was charged 3 times, staff was friendly but told me they didn’t know how to fix it and I could call back during the week to speak to a manager. Staff also mentioned that another family was put in our original room after us & had to be moved due to lack of air. I’m pretty sure no one cleaned the room after we were in it as it was 10pm. My kids sat on the beds and we all used the bathroom before we were given a new room. Not very confident in their cleaning and sanitation practices if another family was put in our original room without being cleaned 1st.

Very clean and new hotel with extremely nice amenities and staff. Our room was upscale with power shades over the windows and nice little added technology touches with style.

This facility is new. Check in was speedy, but later noticed that receptionist was multitasking as mop up, linen supply which resulted in an unattended desk. The dining area was a delight Dylan, his mother and Stan were very honest and pleasant. When asked what’s the specialty we were told. We can cook it all. We chose grilled cheese and chicken mushroom melt both were very good. Eating utensils were suspect. ? Dishwasher

Perfect location for an event at the Bruce Convention Center. Negative was that it took FOREVER to get to the front of the line at checkin even though 2 people were working. Then it was quick and easy since I had a reservation. But when I got to my room, there was no toilet paper. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Peaceful, great parking. Nice restaurant (but no breakfast included). Best part was the late checkout. We really appreciated that!

We checked in and inadvertently given an occupied room. After going back down to the front desk, we got a room that had a bed that wasn't made up with no blanket cover. So after going back to the front desk for the third time, we finally got a room that worked. The front staff was courteous and even gave us a free breakfast voucher (which was quite tasty) but even the room we eventually ended up in wasn't all that clean with hair in the shower stall...

We stayed on the way home from a trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable for our needs.
