Everything is good there, good conditions like new, good staff. My family and I had been here for a weekend, Unfortunately Our book was for two adults and two children, but they put only one bedding kit and towels for two people only.

My stay was pretty good. Everything went well except that I found a huge bug in my room. I tried to call the lobby,but there was zero information to indicate the number to call and reach the lobby. I had to kill the bug myself. The following day I informed the staff without apologizing or offering anything, she just stated that they have pest controls often.

Hotel is very clean, very quite, rooms are very nice. Only thing that we didnt like was the Bar was only open from 5-10pm. They have a tv over the bar to watch sports but the bar is closed. But still a 5 star.

Not clean, not friendly, would not recommend. The mattress on the pull out was disgusting. I asked to move rooms, that mattress was also horrible and there was a dog barking nonstop. So I opted to stay in the more disgusting room because everything was sold out. Staff was not friendly. When I asked for an extra pillow(they gave us 7 for 4 people). I was told they’d have to ask their supervisor. Never heard from them again. The pillows were so flat you had to have two per person. Continued to bring us two towels for four people. Would not ever stay here again

I have to be honest I am very surprised that this place has any good reviews. Yes it was clean. However, the amenities sucked and there was nothing around to do at all. There was no restaurant downstairs. Only a tiny little bar with some bottles. And the service was terrible, it took three days of us asking for pillows to finally get them and when we got them they were absolutely filthy. When we went to do the laundry, it was taken up by the hotel Cleaning lady doing sheets for the whole hotel so it took us hours just to do one load of laundry. The pool is extremely tiny and not heated. And there is no smart TV so you cannot connect to your Netflix or Hulu It is just regular cable. I will not be booking this place again. The one thing I will say is the breakfast was pretty good.

Great choice for pre-cruise stay. Will extend next time! Special shout out to Kevin at front desk for going above and beyond by scheduling a cab for us. Also for bartender/waitress in bar for late dinner. Great stay!

Good location, short walk from Beachmont Tube station. Modern hotel with gym and swimming pool Free airport shuttle bus but we could not contact them on numbers given No catering for food allergies Limited housekeeping services Not environmentally friendly. At breakfast all plates, bowls, cups and cutlery was plastic and all ended up in the same bin with no evidence of Staff were.friendly, hotel was clean and bright

I did not have hot water for the duration of my stay and several other guests did not. The hotel refused to send the shuttle to the airport and left me stranded there once. The manager was rude.

Front desk staff were very helpful from timely pick-up from the airport to arranging for a taxi to take us to the cruise terminal. The package that had been sent ahead for us was safely taken care of and given to us upon request. Very nice staff.

I only stayed one night, but the room had a kitchenette and a sofa in addition to the bed. Nice sized bathroom as well. The shuttle service to the airport is a very appreciated amenity. Good breakfast choices.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Lots of construction in the surrounding area, so will be interesting to see how the area looks in a year. We chose this hotel because it is close to a T station---5 min walk at best. My only complaint is that their hotel shuttle did not run early enough to get us to the airport for a 6:25 AM flight; we caught a cab instead.

Unfortunately, since our arrival, we faced unpleasant circumstances. The check in was smooth, but we arrived to our room, there were two used towels in the bathroom, and when my youngest daughter sat on the sofa bed, she found an underwear! Yes, an underwear lying on the sofa bed! At night when we wanted to sleep, we couldn't find sheets for the sofa bed, despite the fact, and we reserved for 4 people! There were only towels for two persons, too, so we had to get two additional towels. As for the breakfast unfortunately we didn't have any options, we had the same breakfast for all our stay (8 days), despite the fact that in the first day there were pancakes, and when I asked them about it, they told me that they have the machine was broken, and they don't have an alternative.

Amazing modern hotel. Room booked was an accecssible suite with kitchen. Had full sized fridge, and dishwasher. Only had a cooktop, but no need for an oven on vacation. Very close to subway system that can take you into the city with ease.

The hotel was convenient location with it being close to restaurants and shops. It also being just outside of downtown Boston was great. The property itself looked new and was clean. The staff was friendly. The problem is that housekeeping was unsatisfactory. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and they only cleaned once after asking several times.

The environment was clean and well-equipped for a long-term stay. It was also conveniently located between the train station and the market. My one complaint is that there was no hair dryer in the room. I requested this from the front desk staff, but it was not addressed during my stay. It may have been brought back by a previous user. I think it needs to be fixed to the wall or otherwise improved to prevent such a situation from happening.

I stayed here for just over a week, and would definitely come back again. The suite was enormous with a decent sided kitchen and a fridge bigger than the one I have at home! The hotel was very clean and tidy, although the rooms are only cleaned on a weekly basis unless you specify otherwise, which I did not mind at all. Access to a free laundry room was fantastic as my stay here was part of a longer trip, additionally you can buy detergent from the reception if you need it. The bar area was spacious and light, with good cheap evening food and drinks available for purchase til 2200, which after a day of traveling was much appreciated on my first night!! Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but the coffee was plentiful and always available in reception. The local train station is only a short 5 minute walk down the road from the hotel with a convenient train into Boston city centre which took around 15-20 mins. The most notable highlight of my stay was the staff, particularly Kevin and Marlon. They were both so welcoming, friendly, and helpful with all my slightly sleep deprived queries when I checked in and throughout my stay. They are both lovely and made my stay very enjoyable!

Was overall very happy with my stay at Staybridge Suites Boston Logan Airport. There was a shuttle to/from the airport (be aware doesn't run 24/7), the subway/T station was a short easy walk away with stops at both the airport & aquarium. It was also a short walk to shops like Target so was able to get a few things for fridge in room. Reception staff were lovely & friendly. The room was a good size with everything I could need. If was to have any negatives it would be that the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from previous guests & when put hanger on door to say needed supplies as kitchen bin was full nobody came to check my room & see what was needed, in fact there was no housekeeping my entire 6 night stay. The breakfast was a little basic compared to stays at other IHG hotels, didn't even have bananas but maybe I'm just nitpicking? Would stay here again if visiting Boston as was pretty good value for money & location was great for me.
