Nice place, great staff, rooms are a little dated but that’s fine

We like this hotel for being quiet, cozy and affordable. We love having a fireplace and in-room jacuzzi, and the full kitchen is a bonus! Our only complaint is the aged condition of the furnishings. Please replace the bed mattresses and get bedding that fits, so the bottom sheet doesn’t become untucked every time you roll over. And the arm chairs need an upgrade too.

The staff is friendly and I have been going there a lot. My husband and I for a little get away. And this is the first time that it’s wasn’t a a great time, like the many others. My bed wasn’t not a king and I was charged for a king. And the bed wasn’t very comfortable. But in saying that, I am still going to return but I will call them directly not do it on line ever again.

I like that it is accessible and easy to find parking, I don't like that it is next to the main freeway, but sometimes you can't help that. I especially enjoy the rooms with the jet tubs, for a wonderful relaxing end to a busy day.

I like the affordability of the rooms, especially how spacious they are, but the room we stayed in had a leaky bathroom sink faucet and the hot tub also leaked despite the plug being closed properly. The carpets need to be removed as they aren't sanitary especially around a hot tub. As well, the hallways were very hot and stuffy, so air conditioning is needed in common areas as well.

Check in was really easy and quick. Desk helper was friendly. Everyting was clean and neat. The room had a kitchenet with ample supplies and everything you need from coffee to cooking a meal. I'm impressed. Will definitely book here again.

Our sleep was interrupted by the fire alarm going off not once but twice at 2 AM, we wanted to get a good nights sleep and couldn’t even have that. What else do people get a hotel room for? The fire alarm wasn’t intentional but it still made our visit not worth it. Overall wasn’t a full price stay whatsoever

Staff was horrible. Fire alarm system malfunctions twice through the night waking us up with fire alarm and strobe lights. Aske to speak to manager on checkout and was told id be contacted and never got a call. Absolute waist of money

This was a fantastic 11 night stay. Excellent staff, very clean facilities and comfortable bed. What else could we want?

I especually liked the 45 minute swim in the pool. It was ckean, nice temoerature and convenuent ti get to before having my supoer. It was a great start to my vacation and was the reason i had a relaxing start to my vacation
