Very acccomodating. My flight arrived early and was allowed to check in without any issue.

This is a very nice hotel with comfortable and well appointed rooms and a very professional staff. I imagine that most people stay here for only one or maybe two nights but it’s really quite nice and for someone who needs hassle-free access to the airport, you can’t beat it. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the airport/train station with lots of good restaurants, retail and grocery stores right there.

Only stayed one night in Zurich for a layover after an 11.5h flight. Tasiela ensured I had a nice quiet room facing the garden so I could get a good night sleep before the next long haul flight home. I slept so well. I was on the same floor as the spa so I fit in a quick sauna as well. Checkout staff was also amazing. The proximity to the airport was worth the extra cost. I will definitely choose the Hyatt for my next stay in Zurich.

Had an overnight layover at Zurich and was looking for a hotel near the airport. This was perfect. Well connected to the terminal, clear signage to show the way, 5-6 minutes walk crossing the train and bus stations.

This property issuper convenient, located just across from the airport and accessible by walking 5 minutes or less. It is very quiet and calming, exactly what is needed after a long flight or train ride. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The proximity to the airport is amazing + with the bus station and train station being outside and within the airport, I can’t think of a better place to say. Cleanliness was 10/10, I got my room upgraded as it was a birthday trip. It was spacious, the bathroom was lovely and the shower was divine. The staff are so lovely & friendly. My room didn’t come with breakfast so I paid for it each morning(charged to the room - CHF 45). What I had was tasty and there was plenty of variation. I can’t wait to go back to Zurich and stay here again. Took away the stress off transport to the airport, especially as I had a night flight. Variety of shops and restaurants outside the hotel as it’s in the circle. Would recommend to anyone.

This property looks immaculate and well ordered. Our room, however, lacked two vital things. Our sink was stuffed. Doesnt the housekeeper see this when cleaning the sink and area? Also amenities inadequate for two people. The woman at the desk was very attentive and resolved this for us. Otherwise this would be an outstanding review!
