My stay was great and enjoyed the patio to sit outside and have a few drinks. My only dislike was the bed bc it seemed a little hard. I know can’t make everyone happy but I would definitely stay there again.

Service was great!! The hotel looked very new, and it was a great base for exploring nearby Carlsbad caverns and Guadalupe mountains national park. The breakfast each morning was very nice. The room was very spacious with a nice glass shower. The only small negative was we found a few hairs that were not ours in the bed sheets and shower. We very much enjoyed our stay overall.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Breakfast was nice and they have a laundry. It’s close to Carlsbad Cavern so you can get an early start.

Not a lot of great things to say about the town of CarlsBad, NM. The hotel was clean, modern, and fresh. No reason to go to CarlsBad other than the Caverns. About 25 miles from the caverns, pretty close to Walmart, better service at the hotel than any of the restaurants in the area.

Great home base for our National Park tour of White Sands, Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsberg Canyons. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again if ever in the area again.

The property is clean and new. Unfortunately my room wasn't ready when i arrived. I was told to wait 30 minutes even though I arrived after check in time. Then around 7 pm the fire alarm went off and the hotel was evacuated. There was no communication from anyone at the hotel. I finally found a manager to talk to and she said she called the fire department. They never showed up so i doubt they were actually called. Eventually the alarm stopped and she said everyone could return to their room. With no fire officials present, this does not feel safe. Im sitting in the hotel right now and my family just made a plan in case it happens again overnight. To top it off, the first family member to take a shower ran out of hot water. Im sorry but thats 3 strikes.

Best hotel we’ve ever been to.
We’ve been staying at Homewood Suite by Hilton, but Home2 is excellent! Clean, new, complete. Can’t ask for anything else. Found a new favorite place to stay during our travel ♥️

This is a gorgeous property. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the amenities are many. From breakfast each morning to a full kitchen in our room and a nice gym, we found everything our family needed during our stay.

The rooms were very clean. Deanna at the desk was so kind and provided great recommendations on things to do. Would definitely recommend!

The room was clean, comfortable & seemed to be new—very well-maintained. We had one issue in that the TV remote was missing & the TV was on with a “Welcome” message on the screen. The staff members provided a remote that still didn’t work but they tried everything! We weren’t interested in watching TV but didn’t want it on all night. They got it turned off for us & they were genuinely apologetic. Very nice staff!

This was pretty much a perfect hotel if there is such a thing. It sets the standard of what most would want in a hotel. The hot breakfast was amazing and the employees were wonderful.

Everything was great except our tv wasn’t connected and when I finally got it working. It kept disconnecting from the network.

The only downside to the room is we were on the side with the highway and me being a light sleeper well lets just say rest didn't come easy.

Very pet friendly and a great fire pit out back. The rooms are so clean and have a nice kitchenette.
