We stayed for 5 nights, 4 days. Overall, stay was great. Very clean - the only thing was we got in late and there was an odor in our room. It eventually went away and the people up front asked if we wanted a different room. The pool was heated which was nice, but there were only 2 chairs to lay out in.

Stayed two nights bed was very comfortable, room quiet but card to power up room is a nuesence. Shower handle not in a convenient location but bathroom overall was good.

This property was in a nicely centralized location (not within walking distance to much), but easily driveable. If you book through a third party (orbitz) though, prepare to be made to feel like you don't matter. They made several comments about that. I've never had that experience before.

I was so pleased with this hotel. It was our first time in Fort Myers and I really didn't know the area and I am so pleased with my choice. This hotel is just a short drive to the beach and area attractions. It is surrounded by great hotels. The complimentary breakfast was great every morning with a nice selection of choices. The fitness center was awesome and the rooms were clean and comfy. My only negative would be that the shower and water pressure sucked

It was just ok. The patio door didn’t work so you couldn’t go out there and sit. We asked for suggestions of places to eat and they really didn’t know.

This hotel is pretty new and is clean. But the bad thing is that staff s are not trained enough. When I checked in to the room, I brought my pet together, the advertised pet’s friendly and the front desk staff should saw the pets and didn't say anything, the staffs keep my credit card for $100 deposit. And She arranged us on the second floor. But in the evening we I took my dog for a walk, pasted front desk another staff stoped us checked my room number and told us that we shouldn’t in second floor. She was in bad attitude. I think the staff made mistakes, it was not my fault.
You cannot question me. I don’t like this attitude. She should say sorry to us first and correct it. And Second day the hotel recharge more $100 for deposit. They hold the deposit two times for$200, One day later after check out, The hotel charged me $25 for pets staying, only released $100 deposit. They still hold $100 deposit now . I don’t understand what is mean. Looks like the management is not in order.
And there was a cleaner’s cloth in the sink. When I went in the room.
One more problem is that the next day, we haven't checked out for breakfast yet, but when I returned to the room, someone was already cleaning my room, as if I had already checked out, and pulled my luggage aside. My personal things was in room She should know I had not check out. Why did he pull my luggage aside? I had to put my personal things together again. I told the cleaner do not need service,but She don’t speak English

Had a late check in, clerk was very nice and welcoming. 4 of us in a suite with hide a bed. Very clean and eco friendly. Nice breakfast included with staff very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We wanted to be close to the Key West Express ferry terminal for an early departure the next day. It is 8 minutes away and an easy route to get there.

This place was an AMAZING spot!! We only stayed for 2 nights but I cannot say enough good about our entire stay. Everything was tip top and the “breakfast included” was insane!!! There was sooo much food and so many choices and it was delish!!! The little pancake maker has made me love pancakes again. The Bacon!! Yes Bacon was soo good and it was like a dream - a whole bucket full!!! Don’t ever tell the cook that her bacon is “burnt”😂😂
My 1 and only complaint was the rugs,they have floor partial way in room then rug. I personally do not like the rugs in rooms cuz no matter how much cleaning they always seem to stink.

Check in was smooth, beds were comfortable, shower was nice and the breakfast was great! It was a good location restaurants and Walmart down the road.

It is new and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good as well, Walmart and few local restaurants are neae by. The negative- Not SmartTV, you can only watch live TV. The AC is quite loud and it might have been just our room but the bathroom vent was not working.

The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh and the staff (especially housekeeping) was attentive and friendly. The person in charge of breakfast kept the area stocked and clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
