This Hilton was a beautiful hotel, but no coffee pot in room . Second, it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs.

Fun, upbeat, kinda jazzy place - super easy location for travelers, with a long walkway close to and over the river. Comfy room with all the amenities, easy to work/hang in the lobby area too.

This was our first stay at Tru by Hilton. We are senior citizens and the hotel is designed as a minimalistic environment. 1 chair is provided per room. The staff was friendly and helpful. This a a place for 20 year olds not 76 and 77

Decor was too modernistic for my taste. I missed having reading lights.

The location near the walking trail was fabulous for an end of the day stroll. The $50 pet fee is insulting. As I checked in I told the counter person that I was astounded and $20-$30 is normal and $50 is outrageous. He said no, that was routine and he was defensive. He could have just responded that he would pass that on to management and I would’ve been satisfied but still unhappy with the amount. I have checked around since then and routinely found $25 pet fees. I can afford the $50, but the irritation level will keep me from staying there again.

Overall, it was really good. Very heavy cleaner smell that was bothersome and road noise come in your room.

Loved the modern contemporary feel, everything was clean. Definitely a good value

The hotel was very clean, the staff was patient, and the breakfast was good.
However
My car was vandalized, my possessions pilfered, and management was indifferent, to be generous.
It was a pretty building, but prepare to be your own security, because you're on your own

Overall, a great stay. For those of you that have stayed at a lot of hotels, you'll understand when I say that it speaks volumes that they ave such high quality toilet paper and amazingly soft towels. That being said, in an effort to be more eco conscious, they installed refillable dispensers for soap/shampoo/etc. that require two hands to be used. I commend them for trying to be more eco conscious, but they really should have an alternative for disabled guests who do not have use of both their hands.

The staff was outstanding-especially front desk people Shawn and Robert. Shawn recommended great things to do for my 26 yr old son, myself (55), and my 85 yr old mom. Restaurants with amazing food Chow (elevated burgers) and the Bier Stein (best tuna melt ever & great IPA Beer) as well as hiking on Skinners Butte. The staff were incredible and our stay was the best ever. We 3 thumbs up) highly recommend staying here when visiting Eugene/Springfield Oregon

The gym is excellent, one of the best equipped among the places I’ve stayed at. The only issue is that there is no way to control the temperature in the room and it gets hot and stuffy, especially during workout.
Our family likes the breakfast options and the drink dispensing machine so we can fill up our water bottles for the trip. Our dog is very happy here as well.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: good location, easy to find. blackout drapes were great. The staff were very nice.
Cons: No closet, super cramped room. My road facing room was loud at times.
Other: Unfortunately arrived during major event. Was charged more than double normal rates.

For three years in a row, this has been the only hotel I've been able to book for the USATF national championships. It's very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and games in the lobby, the closeness to the Pre trail and the river, and the accommodating staff. Thanks to all!

The hotel was super nice, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the soaps/shampoo, etc were really nice. The only complaint I had was the air conditioner was freezing and couldn't really be adjusted, other than turning it off. The games and pool table in the lobby were fun for the family. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was very convenient to UofO and the freeway. Would definitely stay again.

The room was huge, and very nice. We really liked the walk in shower and the kindness of every staff member we met. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

Very clean and good accomodations... breakfast options minimal but filling. Finding a quick dinner was challenging unless you have extra time for a sit down meal.i had McDonald's was not the greatest...I would suggest bring food before arrival and there's plenty of sitting area, tables and couches to enjoy.
