Fantastic staff from the front desk to the restaurant.

Great hotel and staff, made me feel welcome and was very clean and modern

Receptionist, Danielle was very rude & put multiple wrong charges on my credit card & I still have a charge of $1899.50 pending on my credit card.
The total charge was $2,504.68. The bill was split & I paid half $1252.34. Very upsetting & time consuming to try to get credited $1899.50 to credit card.

I stayed here during the Boston Marathon and enjoyed the escape from the chaos and traffic of the city but with easy and quick access. The hotel was clean, updated and staff was friendly and helpful. The Punch Bowl restaurant is conveniently located downstairs.
Brookline Village is filled with shops and restaurants of different cuisines and the hotel is conveniently located minutes from two Green Line T stops.

Overall good stay. 4/5 stars for cleanliness since there was something in my toilet when I entered the room. Meals expensive but al a crate option was fine.

WI-FI is terrible! I had to go down to the desk several times and have the staff log me in. Once logged in, it operates correctly. We stayed 3 days and I was asking for help, which must be done at the 1st floor desk, daily.

The location of the hotel was great. We were in town for a track meet and we were able to walk to most places: shopping, food, coffee, etc. The room was big and was very clean. The front desk staff were all nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Boston for a surgical consult at Brigham and Women's Hospital. We stayed at the Hilton Brookline which is perfectly located being near many of the major hospitals in Boston, The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. They have valet parking and shuttles to the major hospitals. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which is very convenient as well as ala cart or breakfast buffet in the morning. It is a fantastic hotel.

It was comfortable but expensive!! Nothing commentary but water: wanted 3.00 for a tea bag and coffee. Inside restaurant expensive

Toilet was broken on arrival. This was fixed fairly quickly. Temp in room never went above 66 even though thermostat set at 72. Complained to front desk. Never fixed. Complained at check out. Were told we’d get a credit of 1 day. Never happened. Overall room was clean but cold.

We will always stay at Hilton Garden Inn Boston, Brookline. They are accommodating to our needs. Any difficulties that arise they address immediately and in an exemplary manner. We have frequent needs at Dana Farber for intense medical care. Hilton makes are stays easy and stress free. Over the years small items of interest or questions arise. Hilton has always been professional and caring in their interactions with us. Thank You. We are your loyal patrons.

My family and I had a nice 4-day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was brand new and our room was in perfect condition. The location was quite nice across the street from Brookline Village and the nearest T station. Service, however, could have been better. They missed cleaning our room and they didn’t come back until the next day only after I asked 4 times. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. They also took a long time to respond to requests like providing sheets for my baby’s bed, replenishing towels in the pool, fixing the heat and TV in the gym, etc.
Despite the service deficiencies, I would definitely stay here again. Having a pool and a gym were huge pluses

Weekend front desk staff were so wonderful, especially to my 7 year old son. We stayed overnight before a full day of doctor appointments. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Children's. The pool is very small but clean and warm and perfect for the two of us to take a dip. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to Fenway or Children's Hospital.

We went to Invictus Back bay to see our daughter compete in a crossfit competition. She was awesome and we had a great stay in the hotel doing laundry and watching you tube and my husband slept the whole time.

what i like in this property is cleanness but parking fee is horrible

It was very clean. But the staff seemed bored and when I checked in, the receptionist rattled off all these instructions about wifi, restaurant hours, parking, etc. I could not follow. She seemed bored and when I asked her to slow down, she sort of gave an indication of being impatient with me. I ended up not knowing the breakfast hours thinking breakfast went until 11. But they close down at 10:00. So I missed breakfast. I had dinner there and ordered the duck. It was OK. It was tough and tasteless. I will have to remember to only order duck at a very fine restaurant. And I don't know why but they had 3 decafs in the room and 1 regular coffee. I had to call down for more regular coffee. Not a big deal but I expect more from Hilton. All in all, it was not 5 star.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. Close to the Harvard campuses and hospitals. The service in the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a very spacious room on the 10th floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, delightful people. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and for the afternoon oysters. We have just one complaint. The water pressure in the shower on the 10th floor was the worst I have ever experienced in a Hilton. Hilton's usually have great showers. The staff said it is the City of Boston, but I know there are pressure boosters that can be installed. Other than the shower, we had a great stay.

Staff on check in were extremely helpful, both the front desk and parking valet.

Staff was so friendly and the location was great. The room had lots of little touches we appreciated, like shelves so we could unpack, area lighting rather than overhead. The lobby was comfortable and inviting.
We will definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The lobby is very nicely laid out and the entire property looks modern and well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable however the HVAC system fan was loud and could not be adjusted to a low level. The pool was a welcome ammenity. The one significant black eye of our stay was the poor customer service of the front desk staff. Apparently I had left my credit card at or near the front desk upon arrival. When I noticed that it was missing the next day I asked one of the front desk employees who said it wasn’t found. Luckily I decided to ask the other employee who had it in her desk drawer. Why the would not call my room and tell me that they had my card is beyond comprehension.

Loved the shuttle bus and Alan was wonderful as a driver. Help desk was very helpful!!

The proximity with the Longwood Medical Area is a plus plus for checking in with Hilton. Very clean and organized. Room is modern, just missing some things like cotton buds, slippers, pen and paper. Otherwise it’s a very nice stay.

Room was comfortable, we had an issue with the hotel as we repeatedly requested maid service and received it only twice in a 7 day stay. Front desk was very apologetic and friendly however I had to repeatedly call front desk for clean towels, removing room trash and beds to be changed. This put a damper on the stay and overall experience.

Very convenient location. The free shuttle was helpful. The room heat and AC system was super loud and very uneven heat/cooling.

This area turned out to be very walkable to restaurants in Brookline Village. When I first checked in, I asked about restaurants, the check-in staff wasn't too friendly and had no idea of the area. After settling down, we went down and asked another staff. It turned out that Brookline Village was just around the corner, a short walk away. Very convenient location. We felt safe walking to the village.

The Staff was exceptionally courteous, kind and friendly. The Restaurant food and our waiter Orlando was outstanding and he became our new friend. Alan and Raheem our Shuttle drivers were prompt, helped us in and out of the van and skillfully maneuvered the congested streets safely.

Calls to front desk were unanswered and requests were ignored. We had to track down maids to get towels and soap (there weren't any) when front desk person said they'd bring them up. Restaurant staff and maid staff was great but front desk people just kind of ignore you.
