Home2Suites never lets me down. Room clean and neat, breakfast was great! Awesome place to stay.
And if you want awesome pizza, Anthony’s is nearby….. hard to find good pizza!

The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful during our stay. We had to travel to Miami so that my daughter could undergo surgery and we found the room to be very accommodating and spacious for our family of six. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

After traveling all day and arriving at 4:00 PM at the hotel, we were told our room wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been cleaned. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00. We waited over an hour with two small children in the lobby with all our luggage. I had to stand in line 3 different times for any updates at all. Rafael, working the front desk, felt no need to apologize or show any kind of empathy for the situation. We finally got a key at 5:00 in the afternoon with no apologies. We were not the only people waiting for a room either. Multiple families were in the same boat.

I have stayed at several airport area hotels in Miami and this is one of the best. Exceptionally clean (very new facility) with friendly and efficient staff. Easy, well lit parking with convenient access to dining and the airport.

We booked this hotel just a few hours before after a long day on the road. It was just what we needed. So spacious, clean, thoughtful decor and a lovely place to recover and repack for the night. There are a lot of options in the area, and I am glad we went with this one.

Booked this last minute when our flight was changed unexpectedly. I am veryyyy picky about cleanliness and this hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great, service was great! No complaints at all!

It's a clean hotel with decent amenities, but the walls are paper thin, and not only will you will hear, clear as day, the phone conversation of your neighbor, you will also wake up to their alarm at 5am.
Around 10 p.m. on the second day, I asked the front desk to call the loud neighbor and have them pipe down, but they never did. I would know because I would have heard the phone ring. This happened two nights in a row. It gets even better when you discover that your rooms are adjoined by a door with just a dead bolt that you can open from inside your room. It's not secure, nor does it make you feel safe.
Decided to move to a different hotel and gave 2 days notice and was told they wouldn't refund the reduced amount--didn't ask for a refund on days stayed just for the days not stayed--hotel refused.

We called before we got on the plane because we had a late arrival and we told that they would give us sheets to make up the couch bed when we arrive. When we arrived around 11pm they had given away our room despite the reservation and the call. We were given some other rooms but it was a family vacation and we wanted to stay together. The breakfast was fine and the staff was pleasant but super crowded.

The room had a bad smell when you entered and there was no toilet paper.

This hotel is nice and comfortable. The room was clean and most of all I loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I spent 5 nights and breakfast was the exact same thing everyday. Parking was always available.
