Clean room, good staff. A garage is nearby, around the corner. $24.00/24 hrs. Not bad, public parking garage. Booked a room with the Potomac view, got a street view, had to pay an extra $25 to upgrade. First they wanted $56.00.

Very nice hotel. Centrally located, friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was a good one. It’s a bit expensive but in line with the area.

Everything was outstanding! The front desk was a blast to deal with - especially Queen. They were fun, helpful, and very efficient. Thanks to Queen, I had a great view of the water. The service folks were fast to respond to any need and the store at the front desk was very helpful.

I got a beautiful corner room facing the water. Spacious and comfortable. There were a few hiccups with the front desk and housekeeping getting non feather pillows but it worked out. The other thing that happened is the fire alarm went off at 7am on a work morning and there was no indication if it was real or not so everyone was trying to figure out what to do. When I went down, to ask, the person at reception shrugged her shoulders and said it was a test.

The hotel was nice and clean. My room had a riverfront view which was awesome!! My only cons were I called for an extra blanket and no ever brought it to my room, and the sofa sleeper bed was not very comfortable. The mattress was lumpy. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and I would stay there again.

I was welcome with true warmth and hospitality. My room was amazing! I had a view of the river and Ferris wheel. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. I will never stay anywhere else

Loved everything except the music playing loud in the morning from the diner across the street. Spend the extra $ and get the water view room.

The hotel is nice enough. I had to sign a no party policy which was no big deal, however the room above me had their music going loud enough to prevent me from sleeping until 11pm and then started again at 6am. That was very frustrating.

We contacted the hotel staff about the low temperature in our room. We had a view of the national harbor but the windows made the room very cold. Management said that nothing could be done.

The Hyatt Place at the National Harbor is wonderful. Michael was simply a God sent. Stephanie is wonderful. Michael made our birthday stay out of this world. He gave us an upgrade waterview room. Thanks Michael . You are simply the best.

Ive stayed in a couple different hotels in National Harbour and this one was the best. The place is kept very clean, the staff was super friendly, and overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a great stay - clean, safe, nice staff, good breakfast with good variety, walking distance to every we want to go especially the fireworks! We had a water view and it was just relaxing to see the water when you wake up in the morning and to see the lights of the Capital Wheel and the carousel at night from our room. The only downside is parking is not free.

Fabulous location! Rooms were spotless and staff was amazing! The surrounding area was beautiful.

This hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent. I only wish breakfast hours ran later on weekdays as we slept too late to make it to breakfast.
