Nice property. Near the airport but oddly enough no aircraft noise whatsoever. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The bed was amazing. Right next door to a shopping center with Wal-Mart and tons of dining choices. Best of all, theres a park with a splash pad for the kiddos

Hotel was clean and well kept. Food concession folks were very friendly, quick to help, and had a sense of humor...great! Minor points:
- Plastic toilet seat was loose
- Labels on shampoo / hair conditioner/bodywash bottles too small to read....didn’t know which one we were using.

I booked the room through Hotels.com. Saved some money against a corporate rate, which was great. However, the reservation was not tied to my Marriott/Bonvoy account. Without a Marriot/Bonvoy confirmation number, I can't check into the hotel through the Bonvoy app. I spent about 30 minutes trying to track down my Marriott confirmation number so I could actually check into the hotel through the Bonvoy app, Gotta tell you - the experience was so annoying that I would rather pay the extra $80 per night to be able to check in by booking the room through Marriott. If you guys fix this problem, I'm all in - I'll give up my night credits with Marriott to save $80. But if you can't fix this problem so I can actually check in without hassle because you provide me the Marriott confirmation number in addition to the Hotels.com itinerary confirmation number, I'm out.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a cup a coffee at 5:45 am. Staff was on site and all I wanted was some coffee and they told me they couldn’t serve me until 6:00. It was just coffee

I arrived at my room and as a Bonvoy member I expected to have the same great experience I always do. To my surprise I walk into the room and begin to unpack and place my toiletries in the bathroom and much to my surprise there was SH-T floating in the toilet. The room did not seem clean and the property in general was not clean. The bar and restaurant was hardly even opened. This was a bad experience and convinced me I need to go back to the Hilton Honors program

Hotel front area was comfortable & quiet. The towels & beddings were dirty & stained. They were dingy, torn/frayed, and brown smears on sheets & pillows. Clean pillow cases were put over dirty pillows.

It's a nice area, quiet with a pretty man made lake and a path around it for a nice walk, plus Sloan stadium is right next door!

Overall, good stay. Clean and great service. Lots of little things that need to be fixed. Toilet, toilet paper holder, shower head, and AC remote all need work. Quiet and well located to Local park and Tempe Marketplace.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was perfect, location was great for getting out to other parts of the valley, the staff were very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

The view from my room was beautiful. I gave it three stars because the carpet in the room was wet in different spots, there was a very strong marihuana smell in the hall way. I DO NOT like the smell so it made my stay very uncomfortable. Location is very good and easy to get to places.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. I loved the location next to Riverview Park. The TV cable service was unavailable for my 3 day stay. The pool area was not very appealing. Bistro food was well-prepared.

What a beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to the airport. The coffee from the restaurant was very good.

All the staff was friendly and approachable. I did have issues trying to use my door card with the rear door, but the staff quickly fixed the card. I also feel that the airconditioning in the room wasn't cooling as it should, my last night there. I notified the staff when I checked out.

Very nice and clean. Safe area. Will light parking lot. Super close to Tempe town market place and close to other shopping all less than 10mins away. Bed was really comfy.
