It was a very brief stay, but the room was lovely The staff was pleasant The coffee was not very good and not enough creamer Breakfast was OK. Could use some improvement. I would stay there again

Excellent room, spacious, clean and well equipped. Sofa bed too soft and you felt the frame through the mattress. Found staff rather abrupt and not very friendly or helpfull. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up and were just told we don't do that, make it up yourself. Its a bed we were using, we were booked for 3 people, that's a poor approach. Breakfast was very good and the hotel had excellent facilities. Difficult to find the exit off the highway. They said everyone has trouble with that but had no local map or print out to show you how to get there

Wonderful stay....the staff was excellent Best location near mall and highways for me to access NYC and all surrounding areas. Didnt expect this hotel to be so enjoyable.....if you are staying in Wayne area its great....walking distance to Palazone 1960 ...best cafe in NJ.

There was a pipe break issue and unfortunately during my stay the water was shut off for some time and when turned back on the water was brown and strayed me away from using the shower or any source of water. It did eventually return to normal but would have been a more pleasant and comfortable stay without these issues. Staff was amazing very compassionate and caring to concerns and issues. Their hospitality made the visit better.

Everything was very clean except the pool area. Pool area was a bit messy but it had to do with a good size party of teenagers. But after they left I was surprised that this one worker squeegeed the floor but left the mess as it was. Besides that the room and everything else was clean and nice!

Everything was great except the bed. Bed was old and you could feel the springs were worn out. Would have given 5 stars but sleep was important and I didn't get that.

We rented the room for the night to let the kids enjoy the pool. Unfortunately there was a ton of older kids rough housing and jumping in the pool and our younger ones could not enjoy it. The parents were not even watching the children in the pool. We tried to go down a few times but it seems to be that they never left. We ended up leaving and not staying

I booked a 2 queen bed room after Christmas, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that Expedia changed my 2 queen beds to a single bed room. The hotel was booked up so I and my quests had to inconveniently share a room that I did not reserve. The hotel did offer to give us another room with one bed so we would have two different rooms, but we were out touring NY when that offer was made. The following night, the hotel was able to move us to a 2 queen bed room. When I contacted Expedia following my stay, I was told that they did not change my booking, instead the hotel told them that they were overbooked, and decided to change my room on their own. The staff there was kind, but I was disappointed that I wasn't told the truth from the beginning. That first night on the sofa bed was not pleasant.

Surprised at the cleanliness of the room, considering the lobby and outside of the hotel was dirty and littered with garbage. We came to use the pool and were disappointed to hear it wasn’t in service. Front desk was kind enough to offer to call another hotel, but it was too much of an inconvenience. Breakfast was basic and not enough for the amount of people there.

It was noisy, even very late in the night time! The matresses were uncomfortable and we were told that breakfast will be served until 10 am, but closed it at 9 am. The service was terrible

Always my first choice. Pet fee is reasonable. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Breakfast is very good and fresh. Staff is excellent. I really like my stay here always.

Great location. Close to shopping, dining, and gas. Property is nice. Rooms are nice. Selection of breakfast items are okay - make your waffles is a great option - other breakfast items like eggs are similar to pre-packaged boxed breakfasts. The room is great, but only one incident in the beginning where the housekeeping staff forgot to take out the trash can inside the kitchen cabinet and since they clean every other day, it got very overfilled. Staff were all friendly.

The place is awesome and the only complain we have is the breakfast's eggs are cold, I mean they are put in fridge then served to customers. We have been to many other hotels and this is the first time I see eggs being served cold.

The location was not easy to find. You can see the hotel from the freeway but there wasn't a direct exit. I won't stay at this location again.

The volume of nose from the sliding doors was not good at all and way too loud. Sounded like a thunderstorm every night and day. The rumbling was awful. You need to fix that. The air conditioning was too cold and not easy to manage.

Decent size parking lot for parking my truck & trailer, professional staff members, clean hotel, nice decent size rooms with TV. Free breakfest. Highly recommend this hotel & will stay again in the future.
