We had no issues. Our room was clean and nice. others in our party complained that their room was not clean. Pool was closed the first day we were there and that wasn't the cleanest the next days.

The room was clean and well stocked. We didn’t get any noise from the rooms around us. The breakfast was very good and the hot cinnamon rolls were a nice addition.

One of the best Holiday Inn Expresses we’ve ever stayed in. It’s kind of out in the sticks but worth the extra drive to get to. We’d stay there again.

The hotel in the room was excellent. However, the pool was shut down and I have several kids after a long car ride. We really were looking forward to that pool. A hotel stay for us as much more than a nice room to sleep in. When brought it up with the front desk and asked for compensation, they gave me nothing...

The hotel was nice. Good for a night's stay. The bathroom door stuck a little bit, but it's not bad. I would definitely stay again.

The shower did not drain properly. When showering, i wS in water up to my ankles. The room was for 4 to 6 people. There were 2 bath towels. I had to dry My body with a hand towel. All this for almost $200 per night.

Overall our stay was great. The only comment is that the pool was taken over by a party of kids ( about 11) and one adult that were not paying guest of the hotel and it was so load and rambunctious that we left the pool.
This could be monitored by implementing a per day application of wrist bands before entering the pool. Done

Check in was great and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the pool is closed which is very disappointing as we selected this hotel partially because they had a pool. When we prepared for bed, we discovered that most of the outlets and some of the lights in the room did not work. When we contacted the front desk, they had to move our room as it was after 11 p.m. and maintenance was not available. Cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom as there was hair in the shower from previous guests and floor appeared to be dirty.

At 2:00 pm, 5 minutes before my arrival, I received a call that they could not accommodate my reservation that had been made 3 weeks prior. I had to scramble last minute to find a place to stay for the night. They were very unprofessional.

Was called hours before check-in to be told theu had to cancel our reservation, which we had already been charged for even tho we werewnt supposed yo be charged ubtil we actually checked in, bc they were overbooked and had no available rooms. Then was told they had ine room with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. Told they that will work its 3 of us. Get there to check in at midnight to be told they dont have sofa beds in any of their rooms. Lady at the counter never once apologized or even appeared sympathetic. After arguing with us saying we weren't charged and woyld have to call Hotel.com for a refund, even tho we supposedly wasnt charged, yet we were. We finally left and went elsewhere. Was also told our money we would back in out account the next day and well its now almost a week later and still no refund. Absolutely terrible experience all the way around.

Shade in room would not come down all the way. I asked the girl at the front desk if the shade was suppose to come down all the way, it would do neither up nor down. She had no clue what I was asking and then said no . I knew there was no way that shade was not/ not suppose to come down. , but whatever! So I had to sleep with the parking lot lights shining bright in my room all night plus worrying about the privacy. Needless to say it was the longest worst night I have every had in a hotel. No sleep! On my way out, the front desk asked how my stay was snd I asked her about the shade, and she said yes it’s suppose to come down, so I told her the story snd she said she was sorry but what’s done is done. Plus, the room had a funky smell when you first walk in. Probably won’t stay here again.

Trash was left underneath the foldout couch by a previous occcupant, which was easy to see when we folded it out. Housekeeping finishes and gets out of there super early, so if you want your room cleaned up or new towels, wake up early. Worst of all was the awful customer service provider by the woman at checkout. She was not just unhelpful, she was rude and unhelpful.

The only thing disappointing was the indoor pool was closed. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us. The staff was very helpful and polite. Really cannot say enough about how good all the staff we encountered were. Keep up the good work.

Checking in with Jason was great! Room was clean. Disappointing was that the pool was broke the whole weekend. We were there for 3 nights. Room was cleaned once. When we asked about the room cleaning, the girl at the desk shrugged her shoulders and said, you want towels? The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast area was great!! Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location to use as a bourbon tasting base. The staff was fantastic and we really loved the owner, Manoj. He gave us an impromptu Bardstown lesson.
