Zero amenities. For the price, the hotel was a major disappointment.
Stay someplace else!!

No microwave or coffee maker, was a long walk to the coffee station in the lobby, sheets n pillows we sub standard for a Hilton property. Breakfast buffet was great

Clean and up-to-date style. Lots of seating room for breakfast. The bath and body products are nice.

Had to wait for my room @ 3:30 pm, also had a roach in my room. Very dissatisfied this trip.

We had a GREAT stay at Tru! The room was clean and we really liked the soap, shampoo and lotion. That may sound silly or trivial, but I travel for a living and have stayed in many hotels and usually the toiletries are cheaply made. These were quality. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was updated and fresh.
The breakfast was great! Something for everyone - most dietary needs were met. The breakfast area had lots of phone outlets - you don’t see that everywhere and we appreciated that.
The staff was courteous and friendly. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely choose to stay at Tru again, wherever we go.

This is my 2nd great stay, clean, quiet, friendly staff, very cute colorful modern rooms, good coffee! I won’t stay anywhere else in town!

I started to knock the review down one star because the people next to us were very loud. But right before we called the office, at 10:02 they broke up and it was completely quiet. So it wasn't the walls were thin, but that the people were so loud. And they stopped.
Everything else was just almost perfect. It was a GREAT room, GREAT front desk, GREAT breakfast, really good bathroom. And it had a good price. So, yeah, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Parking was limited' too many dogs on the property

Staff was courteous and professional. Property was clean. The only downside is parking. The amount of space is very limited. I was forced to park in a dark parking lot at the adjacent facility.

The lady that checked us on couldn't even smile. Asked about the pool and she said it was closed.
Very short conversation. Room was freezing and it took a while to figure out how to shut off the air conditioning. Room was very small.

The staff was friendly. The room wasn't super clean and the air conditioner had a really bad leak which caused water to run all over the floor in front of the beds. Also, the beds are a little high if you have a small pet.

The only reason I came here is that I knew Hilton would provide the amenities I'm used to. You should NOT be advertising this as a aHilton property. Only one overworked person was on duty. She was very accommodating.i came here to watch a football game on a local NBC start but Tru Hilton didn't pay for NBC contract to watch Chiefs vs Lions game. No help with luggage, no comfortable chair in room, cheap remote for TV...I WAS ON MY OWN. NOT a place for seniors. Will not return. Hilton needs to remove their name from this hotel chain and advertise toward millennials.Front desk person very nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond in trying to make me comfortable.. There were 2 other guests complaining about TV service. Both came to see football game. You're in Texas! We like our football!

Enjoyed our stay here overall. My only complaint would have to be that there isn't enough parking for the property. Because they basically share a parking lot with the other Hilton property next door, both properties guests overflow the limited space.
Again, only a minor complaint, everything else was wonderful including the breakfast.

It wasn’t a good experience at ALL. I expect a full refund my family won’t be coming back here. THREE of our towels had a weird stain on them and ONE of them appeared to have SEMEN?!?!

Simply stated, this hotel is top-notch in every aspect; An easy 10/10 and 5-star hotel. Everything about it is first class from the decor, the staff, to the on-property amenities. And the cherry on top is the best complimentary breakfast you’ll probably ever have at a hotel. And this is all coming from someone who travels a lot. With all that being said, there are two things that are glaring inconsistencies with a hotel this well thought out; 1.) There is a severe lack of parking available. People drive around the parking lot in circles, waiting for a space to open up, which apparently they never do. Be prepared to hike from the adjoining hotel parking lot. 2.) The unforgivable, blood-boiling pet policy. With my two dogs in tow, the pet fee FAR exceeded the price of the hotel room itself. Hotel chains need to figure out that excessive fees like this will only serve to drive customers away to other hotels (myself included). In short, if you’re traveling petless, you couldn’t be happier with this hotel. If, on the other hand, you’re traveling with pets, you couldn’t be angrier.

Parking is HORRIBLE. In my mid 60’s and walked a block at 10:30 pm and it was still 100 Degrees outside due to the heatwave, because there was no parking space at all around the hotel. I would Not stay again but only for that reason.no coffee pot in the room and no microwave, but very clean and the nicest people working there.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which we noticed. Also the shower water pressure was very nice. These items are very noticeable and we will remember them.

This property is beautiful. The guy at check-in was super friendly and helpful and made check-in a breeze. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were so nice and soft. Love the window shade that provides privacy and art all in one. Lots of choices at breakfast. This Tru hotel has made me want to frequent Tru hotels in my future travels. Great job everyone!!
