It was okay. The coffee was terrible. The breakfast was okay. The mattress cover on the sofa bed had a stain on it.

Convenient off I-81, but far enough away that there isn't much in the way of road noise. Easy parking and check in. Room was clean, but had an "odd" smell at check in - that dissipated later.

Abingdon was a great stop on our way to Gatlinburg. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was right off the interstate with plenty of food options, gas and even a car wash next door.

No Hot water in shower. Was not Fixed after brought to their attention.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Fixed extra coffee for us in the evening. Property was clean with crisp new feel. Good location for getting around the area. A bit of noise from traffic at night, but not bad considering highway was nearby. Breakfast was standard fare, but well prepared. Better than average Holiday Inn.

When you get charged twice instead of once then you get a "oh well, it happens. There is nothing we can do about it" explanation then you get a little irate. We have stayed in that hotel quite a few times on our teavels back and forth to Alabama. I caught the charge when my bank sent me an alert that I had been charged twice. The hotel staff was unwilling to take the extea charge off.

There was an issue initially with us getting a different room than we had booked, but the front desk staff was so kind and courteous and got it fixed right away. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean.

They qere very good to accomodate our whole baseball team fir 4 days. Only downfall of property os the indoor pool is very small and did not work for more than a few people at a time.

Very nice hotel in excellent condition; nice breakfast set up; road noise from the interstate is not a problem.
One downside:clerk at check-in was rather abrupt and not very friendly; plus he mumbled almost to the point of rudeness. Quite surprising.

We were greeted right away by a very friendly desk clerk. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

Very Nice hotel, but struggling to understand why it was so expensive in comparison to all the other hotels we stayed in, some of them by the same company, but this one was twice the price for the same facilities. However it was nice and clean, nice pool and good breakfast.

Good morning, Our Suite was advertised as sleeping 6 adults. The 2 beds were nice and comfortable but the sofa love seat, when opened up, was horrendous. The mattress was none existent. Every spring and cross bar was felt. One of our people slept on the floor as it was more comfortable there. When you advertise sleeps 6 and are using a pull out love seat bed the least you can do is have a quality love seat.
