The room was huge and sleek. Very nice flow. The automatic lights and AC were a nuisance. I woke up both days gasping for air because the AC shuts off once all motion is gone from the room. Besides that the tub was small and the shower head was leaking water. The tub diverter was broken so water was pouring from the spout along with the Shower head. Besides that the stay was great.

Really liked our stay. Great location, wonderful staff, and excellent breakfast. The exercise room was very nice.

Just a weird and uncomfortable design of the room. The bathroom door was on the opposite wall of the beds and it had a frosted glass door so anytime anyone was in it, the whole room was lit up. The toilet, sink and shower were all in the bathroom so there was noway to “share” personal grooming time. The tv was literally stuck in a corner and was impossible to see from both beds. The “double pull out couch” was actually a trundle bed that pulled out to the floor. Just a poorly, poorly designed room.

The front desk staff are very courteous and knowledgeable! The facility is beautiful and plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect! The breakfast is always on point! Would definitely be staying at this location again and again!

Noisy. Noisy. Hardly got any sleep. Loud tv next door in the late hours and walking above us.

If you plane on getting a good nights sleep you won’t the doos in this place shut like there trying to cut something off that’s all I could hear every time somebody goes in and out of there rooms

From the moment I checked in, they were wonderful. I was trying to do it quickly because I had a limited amount of time to get to a meeting.
The rooms are set up very nice, clean and has everything you could need.
The location, has multiple restaurants and stores.
I was able to run out the door in the morning with egg bites, so they definitely have a better breakfast buffet.
Highly recommended if you’re in that area.

Then guys check me and my husband was very rude I called to let him know we are running be hide due to weather and he replied with I can’t check it in if ur not her by 2 am I told him we would me then just hung up on me I have stay at this place more then once because of how friendly they are but will be probably staying some where else so to him sorry he had a bad day but does not need to take out on others

Easy and fast check-in. Clean rooms and very spacious. Friendly and very helpful staff. Continental breakfast with options, it would have been nice to have vegetarian options like other we have stayed but overall good breakfast. Lots of dining and shopping options around the hotel. The only complain was the shower and the master light switch, water will go in every direction covering everything in the bathroom it was a mess and the master light switch will do as it pleased driving all light crazy at all times, but does are little things that can be fix so we enjoy our stay and we were very thankful to the staff that was able to accommodate us for a late check-out. Overall a great stay!

Great location, clean, nice staff. I stayed 4 nights, I wish I was left at least a full roll of tp in the room and a body wash that wasn’t empty.. I could have asked for more but otherwise great stay.

It was a quick and easy check in, staff was very friendly and the hotel was actually clean. One note is that the door doesn’t go all the way to the floor so the light shines into the room from the hallway.

This place was very nice and clean. Newer and in nice area with shopping. Tricky to get to from the freeway, but not bad…so pay attention! Has a good breakfast and very comfortable atmosphere.

Everything at the hotel was perfect! I arrived about 40 minutes early and they still checked me in. The room was clean and had a decent enough view. All the staff I saw and talked to were super friendly. Honestly didn’t have a single issue with my stay. The one area of concern I had was that the parking lot was shared with the mall, I wish there were some sort of security or something but it ended up being fine as nothing happened. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Hotel was new and all of the employees were very nice. The east side of the hotel is right next to the freeway and was somewhat loud. Traffic noises woke us up a few times during the night. Ask for a West side room as I am sure it is quieter. Beds were very comfortable. The electric vehicle charging stations are AWESOME!!!! I recommend this hotel for that reason if you have an EV. Breakfast was good, standard scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. All the other continental items too. Coffee was GREAT!!!

Pretty nice establishment. Did not like that the AC was not entirely controllable. We switched it off and the AC still turned on. What is worst is the cold air blows on you while you’re sleeping making it super cold. Couldn’t find a way to disable it as the power cord was hidden. The room faucet was loose so it made turning on and off the faucet in the bathroom difficult. They did not have big enough trash bins. It’s one thing if you offer to clean the rooms without having us ask - at least give us bigger bins :).

This was a very good hotel stay. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was excellent. My only issue was that fixtures in the bathroom were lose.
