Very friendly at front desk. Room was very clean. Comfortable stay. With a pond

Clean and quiet little suite with a kitchenette and full-size fridge. No dishes or cookware of any kind were provided in-suite, though perhaps you can ask the front desk for what you need? Unclear. At check-in, you're charged a $100 deposit to your card to cover damages, etc., which was refunded to my account in about 3 business days. Clerk had me read and sign a disclosure/agreement, which still mentions a pet fee among other things- this is out of date, as pets now stay for free and I was not required to disclose my dog. A confusing start to the stay, but once that was over the rest of the stay was pleasant. The property itself has a great view of a little manmade pond/lake, and there's a lovely little garden with viewing benches in the center as well. Unexpectedly pretty for this unassuming little chain. Overall, would stay here again!

Standard, poor workmanship on the kitchennette. Outdated appliances, cabinets and mattresses.

It was not good this first time ever that hotel ever charge my card for deposit in i stay in lot they always kept on file but never charge in now have wait for 72 hours get back in bed they said it was queens but look like full desk people where rude in door we had come in get to are room was broken will never come here again

Stay was cool as usual. However if they had served breakfast that would have been the icing on the cake.

They charge hundreds of dollars upon arrival in addition to what’s already paid online, I was denied checkin even after paying for a non-refundable reservation online.

The hotel is in a convenient location to shopping, food etc., however, the hallways of the hotel have horrible smell to it. I’m not sure what the smell is but it’s not good and the room smells also. I was there 4 days not once did housekeeping come to the room for fresh linens. I had to go find some. Front desk staff was rude for the encounters I did have.

The bathroom and Room was clean but the hallway leading to the room is lil discouraging. You can smell cat pee, some smoking and foreign food. I think this is home for some peolple.
