Hotel was amazing, room was very large and spacious! Hotel staff was amazing, breakfast options were also scrumptious.

We booked a king size room. When we arrived it had a horrible stale smell almost moldy in the room. The bathroom flooded with the first shower. So we requested more towels and concern of smell. She said she would send housekeeping and never did. The next morning I woke up wheezing, and attempted to shower. Bathroom flooded again, the hair dryer was broke(only slow speed worked) the shampoo containers were empty and the body wash was filled with water. When we complained, there were others complaining about different concerns as well. They tried to move us to a queen bed stay. We said no unless they refunded the price difference. They moved us up to a king suite. However, the hassle, and lack of care from the start was frustrating, it was a nightmare stay that just didn’t get better it only kept getting worse. I’ve never really complained before, esp over a blow dryer but it all just kept piling up. I did tell them I would t return to this location as there are too many other options. I truly believe there is a mold concern. The showers didn’t just flood a little it soaked multiple towels. They have attempted to repair it many times due to the caulking they have caulked a few times over. There is something absolutely wrong with this room. We stayed in 420, and when we moved the next room had no odor. However we were exposed to mold, which is never good esp over night. I didn’t have an asthma issue after we moved rooms.

The room we were given was dirty and not able to be slept in, they did not have any other rooms and told us to go somewhere else. So we had to go to another hotel but still had to pay for this one that we didn't stay at.

Very nice, new property. We felt very welcome and loved the proximity to the airport but not being right at the airport. Convenient access to major arterial to get to all the places we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by a nice young lady and given our room. The bed sheets were not changed and were dirty. Had hair and something gritty on them. We went back down and a gentleman was there and when we asked for a different room he seemed upset and was rude about the situation. I will never stay there again

Booked a two queen room through Expedia. They only had a room with a single bed. Was traveling with 3 people.
