The bed was so hard, the second night my son opted to sleep on the floor. The breakfast was mediocre. The Kwik trip $2.49 packs of bacon. Invest in some and throw those sausage patties away. Charging $10/night for parking and $40 for accidentals is crazy.

The hotel is in great condition. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast options were fair. It costs $10/day to park, which is a detail I didn't know until check in. The hotel room (2-queen beds) was huge, and bathroom was great. I found it really weird that there were zero chairs or extra seating in the room. Not even a desk chair. Fine for a one night stay, but I'm glad we weren't there any longer.

I didn’t catch the front desk lady’s name but she was so friendly and I don’t feel that’s always the case some places. Definitely going to stay here again!

This hotel was great! It was safe and provided transportation from the airport. The room was excellent. More spacious than what the picture put out and my stay there was a breeze! The staff made it such an easy process for me. I would recommend this hotel over and over again.

Omg this place smells so good when you first enter the building. It’s a sense of comfort and staff is very nice…. i would definitely recommend your stay to be here plus it is walking distance from the twin cities outlets. I would say the only thing I have a problem with is the bed and that’s because I’m pregnant I am uncomfortable anyway. So I think if your not pregnant it would be fine. It has all the popular channels on tv. Like netflix, youtube, amazon prime, and YouTube. It automatically logs you out if you forget to when you check out. But yea 10/10 do recommend!

Check out time in the room was different than what was on the itinerary and was told different times by the staff. Pool was small and couldn't get in when you wanted without the front desk unlocking the door. Wasn't told there was a charge for parking until we got the bill emailed to us. Rooms were comfortable and clean , breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

The location and place is great. We really enjoy staying on this hotel, just the parking that you have to pay extra. Should be free for those people staying to their hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. Easy access for the Mall of America. Breakfast was decent - fairly typical for the better included breakfasts (warm pre-made omelettes and warmed sausage, for example). Fitness center was better than many hotels. Only downside was needing to pay for parking. Just add something to the bill for everyone and make it free parking.
