Nice and quiet. Friendly staff.

Our stay was good. The street leading into the motel could have been cleared of snow better but it is winter in Iowa. We had to cut the stay short as an ice storm was headed our way but the motel was very understanding about everything. We had a little trouble with the tv but a young man from the front desk came up and helped get thing straightened out.

Great check in. Clean rooms and great breakfast.

Very Friendly staff clean within walking distance of shopping

The morning staff was incredible. The night staff was absolutely horrid. Half of the time, there was not anyone at the front desk for requests, check-in, or just general inquiries. On Christmas night, there was not an attendant at the front desk. Instead, there was instructions to dial a specific number. Once I called this number, I asked for a baby crib as I have 6-month old baby that needed a place to sleep. They told me that they only had 1 crib and that it was in use? Earlier in the morning, I verified with the morning staff that there was no children needing a crib in the hotel as I would have my baby with me later that evening. The night attendant was offsite and did not want to do his job and service the customer. The night before, I was told that the staff could not give out extra pillows. The night attendant shared that there was only 4 rooms being utilized that night. So why could they not give us any extra pillows? Apparently, there is a “policy” that states that a bed cannot have more than 4 pillows per bed. The pillows were flat hence why we needed more on top of having kids with us. Much higher rated and well-renowned hotels give out extra pillows, but the best western plus cannot? It appeared that the attendant was more interested in not doing their work rather than helping the customer, again. I will never stay here again and will not recommend.

BWCoralville is a new, clean and well-maintained property that is very easily accessible to many dining and shopping options.

This hotel is easy to get to from the interstate. Only minutes from shopping and eating. 5 minutes to college. Hotel clean and spacious. Newer. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast adequate. Was pleased

Everything was spotless, room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The shower door would not stay closed and breakfast did not start at the time advertised for a weekday.

I didn't like "FOX" news being on in the dining area. I wonder if the owner is a Trump supporter, that will definitely cause me to book elsewhere. I don't like being subjected to political garbage on television. They should have put on CBS Morning Show or some other "neutral" viewing. Someone should be at the front desk at all times too. When I checked out I had to leave the room keys on the front counter because no one was there. On the "positive side", the hotel overall was in very good condition and the front desk person was very pleasant when checking in. The breakfast provided was awesome, they used china in dining room and offered paper goods as well. Very good coffee!

Only there for one night. Very convenient stopover. Front desk was very friendly and professional. Room and property very clean.

The streaming on the Tv was very glichy. Had to switch channels to find ones that came in clear.

Booked through Expedia but the hotel computer was down upon arrival. They would only let us stay if we paid again and booked directly through the front desk, but then refused to authorize a refund through Expedia!!!!

Great new property!! Clean, Bed so comfortable, shower warmth great, decor appealing. Definitely a place I would recommend and stay at again.
