Good stay, but our request through Hotels.com for a King room was not given to us…they didn’t even tell us at check in, they just assigned a room and let us find out when we went into our room.

We had a child's birthday party 2 doors down, they were very rambunctious. The only time we could hear them was when they passed by our door, very quiet in our room. Lot of families with young children but never would've known it.

The hotel was really nice. Very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated common spaces. The pool and water slides were awesome, and the close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do was great.

Went to spend the day at the water park. It was fun, clean and safe. The life guards were proactive and ensured safety. The pool has many accessories provided. The plaza itself was nice, clean and had many amenities!

Overall enjoyed the stay (as always!). Gave 4 stars for room cleanliness, but they let us check in early so maybe that’s why?? Just a few random things found on the floor that we had to throw away that indicated they didn’t vacuum. Enjoyed our stay anyway!

Might just be the most dirty hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Hair all over the shower wall, I layed my clothes down on the floor and they were covered with long hairs, when we opened the door, we actually thought the room was dirty and slept in as the bed was so messy, only to find when we went to bed that the sheets were also very stained. For what you pay here, you should at least get a clean room. I don’t leave bad reviews but this hotel needs to address their housekeeping problems. Service in the restaurant was way below sub-par! $40 for bread that was supposed to be toast, uncooked potatoes, and rubber sausage.

Need a lot more towel bars or hooks or both in the bathrooms. The main attraction is a pool, so a family needs a place to hang wet suits. and towels. There’s plenty of wall space in the bathroom.

I lost my engagement and wedding ring while we were staying there. I didn't notice until we were the next state over on our trip. They found the set after re-sweeping the room and saved them for me until we could get back. Saved my life! Seriously appreciate the staff there, they were wonderful.

The water park is awesome and the kids LOVED it. We came on a Sunday night and it was not busy at all. Also love that is open late (10pm) and the coffee shop and restaurant is open early (we came down at 7am). Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

It was lovely except they failed to tell us or to give us a voucher for everyone in the family to eat at the restaurant. The meals are limited and pretty pricy for kids so the vouchers would have been nice, so ask them

Walking distance from all of the best restaurants and if you have kids, the pool/ waterpark is perfect! (very clean and well maintained.)

We stayed at this hotel while my teenage son was having shoulder surgery. We leave 3 hours away from the surgeon so we decided it would be for the best if we stay at hotel for a couple of days in Kearney. I am extremely pleased that we choose this property to stay at. Check in process was quick and easy. Our room and the entire property was extremely clean and quiet. You can tell the team at this hotel take a lot of pride in their work. The morning we were supposed to check out my son was moving really slow (which is to be expected with a 3 hour surgery). I went to the front desk & spoke with Rebecca to see if you could have some extra time with check out. She said YES immediately. So many hotels could learn a lot from the operations at this hotel. Job well done.

We had a great stay. We checked in at 4pm. We went swimming in the mini water park. It wasn't crowded. The beds were comfortable and a ton of pillows to choose from. We like that there is a fridge in your room. The microwave down the hall was very convenient. The staff was all helpful and very nice. The pool/water park was the highlight of our stay. Our little one loved it.
