The property and room was clean. Parking was amazing. The bed was very comfortable too.
Cons - The toilet ran nonstop. The soap was out. When I advised the front desk, i was told housekeeping would replace it when they came in but he wrote down my room and out of soap on a piece of paper. When I came back 4 hours later, I was told housekeeping comes every other day and I
could replace it myself.

The mattress was horrible. It was bumpy. Wasn’t solid at all. I’m only 130lbs. The refrigerator didn’t work also.

It was very hard to sleep due to the noise next to our room. It sounded like they were having a party.

Front desk was outstanding! I arrived at 11:00 am, and even though check in is at 3:00 pm, they accommodated me. I was able to rest from after traveling all night long.

The TV turned off at 5:00 am. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall the stay was excellent and comfortable.

It was noisy from time I got back to hotel which was 11pm up until it was time for me to leave at 8am. It was none stop noise to the point I got absolutely NO sleep.

Location was great. Enjoyed the breakfast daily. Pool closed too early. 9pm is not a reasonable time Also didn't like that housekeeping was every other day. Was not an extended stay hotel. Friendly staff at front desk

Very nice property. I particularly liked the beer and wine taps. Water flow in bathroom sink on the fifth floor is very very low.
