I did like the place but the bed was horrible,please try and replace your bed in room 102. Thanks.

No shampoo or bodywash, one tiny soap, no coffee or cups, too old tv system, no streaming apps nothing, only regular free channels, bed was discomfort, everytime you get in or out it makes noise at the leggings. It was terrible stay in hotel ever in my experience

Good hotel fot traveling with dogs. Rooms were clean with towels and sheets but no blankets. This is a long stay hotel but we were only staying two nights.

Walked in and stood there at the front desk while the rep sat on FaceTime in the back hysterically laughing for almost 10 minutes before I banged on the shutters since they were half closed while people are checking in. No iron in the room. Room was decent. Nothing special. Not worth what we paid for sure. Average hotel with lousy staff.

My favorite place me my grand daughters love this place I live in Delaware kids in Philadelphia when I don’t want to take the long trip back this is our favorite spot. Chantel is our favorite receptionist

This hotel was in a good place but very noisy, the keys didn't work and they said they don't honor Expedia reservations so I had to pay full price. The beds are weak the thermostat didn't work, after 2 the from desk is closed so when our keys were messed up we had to wait hours to get in . I'll never go there again

Needs better beds and pillows the beds feels like you sleeping on a cot bed and 2 small pillow the hotel needs to upgrade the beds

I usually don’t judge by rating, but this property is 2 stars for a reason. You receive the most minimal of the basics, sufficient if you need to stay for 1/2 days. But also inconvenient; under staffed, low customer service, amenities not in room (iron, no trash can, blow dryer), over filled trash cans out front, low quality appliances (fridge not cold). Again, get what you pay for.

We checked in early. Given our room keys at checkin, we cam back at 6:30pm only 1 room was available. One room was given to someone else and the 3rd was not cleaned. Went down stairs, they changed our rooms and the NEW rooms had no linens on the bed or bathrooms. Pillow were yellow and dingy, again no pillowcase. The whole entrance and lobby reaked of Marijuana.. disgusting

The rooms are clean and cozy However the Beds are Very Very Uncomfortable, which no Box Springs it feels like your sleeping on a Metal Spring, which my And my Lady back was Killing us in the middle of the night, being able to Sleep and being Comfortable is Everything she literally had to massage me and I had to massage her the next day. Smh. Cheap Mattresses. Also the Parking lot is so tight but I guess since it's so small there is nothing you can do about that, it just looks dangerous in the back when we got there at night from our affair. Besides that the hotel is very clean the staff was professional but this hotel needs to invest in real beds

Loved the place but the staff banned us from ever coming back saying my girl put a rock to hold the door open and every night we came back to our room somebody had a rock holding the door while they smoked and nothing ever happened to them peoples

Very noisy with kids running the hallway at 11pm. No coffee cups, cream or sugar. No breakfast.

This was a bare bones facility. We arrived late and the front door was locked. One exerior window on the first floor was covered with black plastic. A front desk attendant did not answer the phone, but did come and check us in. The areas around the elevator were littered. Our room was freezing cold, and had no blankets or extra linens. There were two pillows, a top and bottom sheet, simple metal bed frame and one night stand with a blinking alarm clock. Someone was playing loud music in the parking lot across from our room and you could hear it distinctly over the sound of the HVAC. I'm glad we were only staying for one night.

I am outside with my 3 years old sleeping daughter and with my elderly mom. Noone open the door. No one is on front desk. I can not access and do check in. I am outside midnight!!!. I try to call 5 times to hotel customer service, noone responded. I called to Expedia customer service, which was horrible experians. I spend 40 minutes to explain situation and they even not say sorry about it. I asked yo contact to the manager few times and they just did not do anything.

Very disappointed in my stay trash everywhere outside. People asking for rides places. No iron available. Didnt feel safe with people just hanging out outside. Wouldnt never stay again, for that price just thought id be getting a better experience

Sheets were dirty, the room smelled bad. There were ditry clothes left unde the bed. The bathroom had mold in it. There was a drug deal going on outside front door as i left at midnight because the people upstairs were so loud.
