They were very helpfull,and nice. We got there early. The room was ready so they let us go in. I would skip the restaurant. Staff was very nice. Food was over priced.

Brief overnight to visit my son for Army Airborne graduation, very comfortable beds and good breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom which is a huge plus for me as a health professional. If we are ever back in the area, this will be my first pick!

This place is a gem! The staff were super friendly, check in was a breeze. The building is newly renovated with a mini split and ceiling fan in the rooms. As a hot sleeper, this is a significant upgrade to similarly priced hotels’ in-room climate control systems. The bathrooms are definitely an upgrade from most other hotels at this price point. Loved having the Nespresso machine in the room as well. Our room (and entire building) was clean, clean, clean! The river view is also gorgeous and the riverside restaurant next door is really nice. We’ll definitely be back.

Was very happy with our stay. They went above and beyond for our dog! They were understanding about the lack of disclosure of a dog fee and worked with us even when they didn’t need to. We enjoyed the beautiful river view while sitting outside at the fire pit. Perfect way to wind down.

It's in a decent location next to the river. I was highly disappointed with the breakfast or the lack of(oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and old bananas) for two mornings straight. I expected better for the amount they charge.

Amazing stay be scenic water. The beds are comfortable and the rain shower head is a delight. You know there is still top quality care that goes into this boutique hotel showcasing rich history and forward looking architecture. The staff are magnificent and the attention to security is top notch.

Beautiful setting along the Chatahoochie River. We loved the mix of modern and aged architecture of the converted Mill. Would definitely stay again when in Columbus.

It was a 1 night romantic getaway and did not disappoint. Room was very clean and comfy. Bed was excellent and shower was room and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend

The property and hotel were beautiful. It has a nice cozy atmosphere. The only downfall was in the middle of the night (1:30 am) another guest on our floor was extremely loud in the hallway and was banging on a door on our floor and yelling for the person inside.

Myself and young daughter enjoyed our stay. The hotel is so unique next to the river. It was well lit at night which made me feel secure as it is in a part of town being revitalized. Breakfast was convenient- we enjoyed the oatmeal and homemade pastries. Bed really comfortable

It is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view of the Chattahoochee River. We brought our dog and this hotel goes above and beyond to make our furry friend, a guest, too, from a bowl in the room to toys and treats throughout the hotel. The breakfast is very good and there’s an outdoor porch seating area overlooking the river. The only downfall is the restaurant: the Millhouse, kitchen and bar. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the city Mill Hotel this year and both times the restaurant has been closed when it was supposed to be open. the published closing time for a Saturday night for this restaurant is 10 PM says so on the website, on the door to the restaurant, and in the room card hotel gives you. My son, and I arrived at the restaurant at 9:20 to find the bartender and the waitress, having a drink at the bar telling me they had closed 15 minutes earlier and refused to serve us. That is absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant in a hotel to close any earlier than the published time.

Finding this hotel was such a gift! Unique, eclectic, but with all the modern conveniences such as mini fridge and multiple outlets near the bed. Nespresso machine in room AND fantastic coffee in breakfast area. We skipped the continental breakfast due to no low carb options. Favorite part was walking trails along the Chattahoochee with so much to see! We will stay at this hotel every time we travel to Columbus.

This is a very unique property - a converted flour mill. Located on the banks of the river separating Georgia and Alabama, there are walking trails, multiple locations to eat both indoors and outdoors. The property is immaculate. The staff was very friendly. We will stay here again.

This was the most amazing hotel stay we've had in years! The hotel itself, the grounds, and the attached restaurant are 5 star all the way. Staff were incredible, the common areas were clean and beautiful, and the room was out of a movie. From the views to the fresh made breakfast, and the proximity to anything you want or need, do yourself a favor, and book a room here!

I booked this room last minute after arriving at another hotel that was unclean and deciding not to stay there. I was really happy that booking same day did not result in price gouging - the room was very reasonably priced. Everything was very clean, fresh, and had a very comfortable vibe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was delightful and very convenient. I will definitely stay with them again in the future!

My only issue was with the shower. The water was way too hot and couldnt be adjusted enough to a comfortable level. Everything else was a wonderful experience and we will stay here again
