Very nice place. The inconvenience is the other guests....they have no idea how to use a toilet.

Staff were great, we couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The room and bedding was clean but carpet on staircase and bathroom floor was not clean. Shower is over bathtub. Sign on ladies shared bathriom dissappeared overnite so i can only assume men were using the ladies bathroom overnite.

Hotel was overall amazing, with a great room and welcoming bar, don’t usually drink at pubs but found myself having a cold beer downstairs. Bit noisy with the people leaving the pub about 9ish, and quieted down after.

Limited bathroom facilities for men: no urinal, one cubicle, one shower. There was also a men/women bathroom down the hall but was also limited. Grim facilities for 21 rooms.

Rooms were clean, bistro was fabulous, lovely manager. Only real issue is no heating or cooling, so with big air con units right outside my room, had to keep window closed all night due to the noise, so room got very stuffy with only the ceiling fan

The room was clean, the hot water was short and difficult to control, it would have been good if it had a kettle and mircowave.

This was really easy and resonably priced not far from Wollongong. A little noisy through the night but to be expected above a pub.

I was very happy with my room, and the venue itself.... The staff were very friendly and above accommodating. I will definitely keep in mind next time I am in the area.

The dining area, bistro, bar, tab and gaming areas are five star. Stunning staff. The rooms are quality for money and very tidy and cosy . Shared bathrooms to be expected. But the lack of heating and cooling especially in summer months does let it down.

The room condition and the price was satisfactory, however the stench of cigarette smell was unbearable despite the room was a non-smoking room. Luke warm water for morning shower.

Place is adequate for a one night stay, but wouldn't want to stay longer than that. People also need to bear in mind that the rooms sit above a pub and on a Friday night you will get some noise from patrons leaving the premises late at night.

Checked in with ease, the staff member was friendly. Female bar manager was open mouth coughing in the direct bar area, she did not cover her mouth or sanitise after coughing over the bar facilities. I would not recommend this place as management were rude and aggressive and RSA rules were not followed as a large number of patrons were clearly over intoxicated and were still being served. I didnt really approve of dogs being allowed in areas where people were eating & drinking. Lots of loud fowl and offensive language being used and patrons were not asked to cease using the language, there were children in the bistro at the time and could clearly hear the offensive language being used by intoxicated patrons. Very disappointed.

The hotel staff are friendly and amazing and they are always to accomodate any last minute requests. The hotel itself is clean. I was assisted by a girl named Sophie. She is a gem and very hospitable.

No air conditioning ,very noisy pokies go all night until 4am , cheap accommodation for work

Rooms were extremely hot! Fan didn’t do much, desperately need air con in summer. Bathroom was very old, and should be cleaner. The toilet seat was broken. The check in staff was rude, but had another nice staff member later. Mattress was very old - springs were creaky. But pillows were great. Rooms were expensive for what they were.
