The room was not the cleaniest. Walls and doors were dirty. I didnt feel very safe as well.

Been here multiple times over two years and the WiFi has gotten consistently worse. Last time I called the front desk to see what could be done and the front desk said they didn’t use the WiFi and didn’t even know where the equipment was to reboot or reset it. Due to the location of the rooms, mobile phone service is unreliable. Until they get their WiFi fixed, this isn’t a place to stay unless you need absolutely no Internet.

Great location for casino and shopping. Breakfast wasn't good. Had to change rooms 3 times in the very beginning but our room was fine in the end. The only things that didn't work well were bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and shower drain backed up and was slow to let water out. Only stayed 2 nights for new years.

I onlyy have found two opportunities, one, the toilets do NOT flush properly with that "water saving pump" it took me emprying 2 gallons of water into the toilet for it to flush! The second are is the parking spaces are not big enough for a full size pickup truck. The rest of our stay was good, and the staff was professional.

Hotel is in a great location. The lady at the front desk (Teena) was really nice and even drives a shuttle to get people around safely. Only complaint was the floors weren’t clean and there was cob webs in every corner, but the bed was clean and was comfy and that’s the most important - TV was really nice too. We didn’t get breakfast, but the breakfast area looked pretty big and looked like it would have all kinds of options for breakfast. I would stay there again

I was not able to get a the smoking room that I paid for and reserved -the smoking rooms cost more, so I was slightly annoyed by this, but the guy at the front desk was so hospitable that it totally made up for it. My only complaint was that the beds are super rickety as if the frames of the bed need to be tightened.

Such a great check-in process - very quick and pleasant. Staff was wonderful and engaging. Place was extremely clean and quiet. It was a last minute stop and I was completely pleased with the property.

I booked a nonsmoking room and this room stinks of cigarette smoke and vape so badly that my asthmatic son has had to use his rescue inhaler twice within an hour. There are cigarette burns on the bed and sheets and even the bathtub. This place is an absolute dump. Do not every come here. Sleep in your car.

The room was great for what I needed it for. The beds were clean, there were plenty of outlets for charging phones, there was plenty of storage. The front desk associates were very nice. Our only complaint was that there was a half gallon of milk in the fridge when we went to use it, there was an old towel on the back of the bathroom door, and the bottom of the shower curtain was a bit mildewy. I also noticed that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper. Other than these few cleanliness things, the room was nice and we would stay here again.

The cleanliness inside the hotel room was disgusting. I washed the floor with a towel and it was black when I was done. The exterior of the hotel and the grounds were horrible as well. The clientele was also very scary.

We checked in , got into the room ,looked around,got online and booked a room at Holiday Inn Express (great stay, clean place, nice people) went back to the office and checked out. The lady at the front desk was nice (it's not her fault the place is filthy) she put the money back on our card (thank you) and we left. Glenn and Lisa P

Got a room with Cig smoke smell and didn't like that for my non-smoking room reservation After couple of requests and some wait time the staff ran a machine to try and remove smoke smell and we had to wait outside room for couple of hours for this process. Overall we were very tired and was not happy with this delay. Different room was not available due to holiday weekend. The room ended smelling like swimming pool after the machine was run which eventually went away after couple of hours. Also, the Cig smoke smell returned after that and we managed our stay for couple of days. But would not plan to stay here again.

Things were okay except that the hot water in the shower ran out fairly quickly. (Room 402 about 8:30pm). Also, the parking is a bit tight considering a few big trucks are permitted to park near the rooms.

Great location and included hot breakfast for an awesome price! Staff was very nice. Only thing that could be improved was the breakfast is only in the one building so if your room is in the upper numbers you do have to walk over to the check-in. Would stay again!

Upon review of room, lamp shades were moldy. On the bed was a top sheet with a blanket underneath. The blanket was severely covered in hair. The microwave had hair in it. There were knats, stink bugs, and cob webs around the entry door. We had to ask for additional linens. Overall, we couldn't sleep for fear of what else may surface in the room.

I doubt I will ever visit another travel lodge after this experience. I know they are a discount (value) Wyndham property but hygiene in a post COVID 19 society is not an area you can scrimp on. This place was filthy disgustingly so. Desk staff were friendly and supported what they could when I was given keys to an already occupied room. But the cleaning staff are simply not doing their job at all. Towels and linen were dirty, feet were blackened by the floor after a shower and the shower was plugged with hair so it overflows.

Checked in and was given a room in the Travelodge building. Wi-Fi router was in-accessible and there was no telephone in the room. Front desk informed me that Wi-Fi contract and related phone service were being renegotiated. As my son required internet access, I requested to be moved to a room with functional Wi-Fi. Within minutes I and my family were presented a different room in the attached building. Wi-Fi access restored, we occupied the room. The room was as pictured. Laminate flooring and beds that were comfortable enough for the single night we stayed. The lighting at the vanity area was exceptional! The shower was functional and refreshing. As this is a motel, the air conditioning unit faced the parking lot. The rooms are non-smoking, however, there were cigarette refuse canisters on the rail outside every third room/. Consequently, the smell of cigarette smoke was piped in through the A/C unit. Very uncomfortable smelling that overnight. The provided breakfast greatly exceeded our expectations. Sausage patties, scrambled egg patties, fresh waffles, juice, and coffee made for a great start to the day! On the main drag, next to a KFC, with plenty of food, shopping down the road, this location is conveniently placed.

I really loved how I was able to park my commercial vehicle in the parking lot without being in other peoples way. The room was clean and functional. The staff was courteous and the bed was so comfortable. I was so surprised and the pillows just contoured to my head. Before leaving, I stopped and had breakfast and it was also impressionable. They spared nothing. I really am looking forward to stopping by this place everytime I am in town.
