This hotel was gorgeous, very clean, well kept up and all staff were courteous and friendly! The price was reasonable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was also great. There was staff serving you the majority of the food. Beyond impressed with everything about this hotel.

Though we had a little snafu with the confirmation being for 1 person versus 4, we had a great stay. Central to locations like Hoboken and Red Bull stadium, having the plaza right there was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and having a 2-room suite for 2 couples traveling together was perfect. The view of the skyline was a bonus! Breakfast ran smoothly in spite of crowds and was delicious.

Super hotel. Free breakfast is quite extensive with bacon,sausages,waffle,fresh omelettes. Staff was very friendly. Rented two rooms beside each other, one room was fine but my room had a very strong musty smell.

Front desk was moving like they had a stick up the ass 😭😭 pls tell them to loosen up & be more friendly !!!

My stay at the Harmony Suites for my family vacation was definitely a great experience. We stayed for my children’s spring break about 4 days. Warm welcoming, very friendly customer service, clean environment and highly accommodating. Fresh plants all over the hotel for fresh air daily. Great pool hours. But something caught my attention. When goin to breakfast my second morning their my welcome to my family and I was odd. The owner of the hotel felt as he could relate to me being black by saying “I grew up in the hood too”. That seemed strange to my children and I because we never grew up “in the hood” and he willingly said that out of nowhere. EVER. So we had our say and kept it moving because we were enjoying our vacation. Until Friday morning when we went to breakfast. This time the owner says “hey what’s up my hood friends”😳 honestly I was speechless because I knew for sure what had happened because other black people weren’t talked to that way. If not for these 2 things my stay at the Harmony Suites would have been phenomenal honestly. The waffles were delicious and my kids swimming was super fun. Comfy beds and great entertainment all over. I just don’t want to be stereotyped or misperceived by my appearance.

I did not get to stay in the hotel I booked, Harmony Suites. I was told I had to move to a different hotel, Best Western, or my reservation would be cancelled. Best Western wasnt far but the lights and tge ac in my room, #418, didnt work consistently.

So I had booked this hotel 3-4 months in advance. 2 days before my business trip they said they were overbooked and I had to stay at a less desirable location with out a pool or other amenities I had wanted. There was no discount given and they couldn’t have cared less about my inconvenience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at harmony suites we had a great time and the people where very great and accommodating and very nice

Overall the Hotel was wonderful. We went with the 2 King suite and the kiddos really enjoyed having their own space. Our neighbors were screaming relentlessly around bedtime and they didn’t hesitate to move us to an even more beautiful room. Breakfast was fantastic and there is the cutest little pool. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great ADA room for families. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all great amenities.

We Enjoyed our stay immensely! The 2 bedroom king suite was perfect for 2 couples who also wanted a little privacy! The staff was friendly and the breakfast they offer was a nice touch.

Went over the weekend. Beautiful hotel and delicious daily complimentary breakfast. So many items to choose from and fresh waffles.

Excellent hotel in every regard - except the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. If you don’t like laying your on two foot thick foam, you might want to bring your own pillow. Otherwise, a fine hotel: convenient to NYC, very good breakfast, large comfortable suite, clean and well appointed bathroom, free parking, good service. But those pillows!

The front desk didn’t want to give out change to wash clothes. They had a note saying to go to the front for change. Also, I we are paying and breakfast was only given to 3 out of the 5 people in the room and I stayed for 3 nights.

As this is an old Embassy Suites they offer breakfast, very poor quality. All the breads and pastries were hard as a rock. Eggs were not scrambled but round hard disks. They make omelets but you better have a ton of time as they only make two at a time. Hotel was OK but as you need to go out for breakfast, you can do better for the price.

We took the kids Dream Works Water Park for spring break , and I’m glad i choose this hotel. It was in a convenient area. The kids enjoyed it, and the rooms are spacious. Only thing I would suggest is parking, wish it was better.

Just an overnight stay. Great place for a short stay

Overall, it was a beautiful suite, very clean, and spacious. We felt welcomed when we got there. The room temperature is a bit cold even when tried to adjust the temperature. The TV had no guide so we couldn’t see the name of the shows nor the length of the show/movie. The bathroom was making noise throughout, making it at times hard to sleep. We had to close the bathroom door to try to get some sleep which we didn’t realized until the 2nd night.

This hotel would be much better if it wasn't so warm. We tried to lower the temp in the room and it just stopped. The pool also wasn't working so that would have been nice to know ahead of our stay. Overall, it was fine. I did really like the fact that the beds were king size.
