One week in the Turks and Caicos. Staying at Tides was wonderful! Close to everything, on the beach, bicycles available if you wish to cycle to the restaurants 10 mintues away. Service impeccable. But most importantly, Brenda was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, always smiling, helpful! It feels so good to have people like Brenda in this World! Thank you!!!! May be see you again! :)

Beautiful boutique hotel right next to the beach and only a few minutes drive to restaurants, groceries and shopping. It’s a quiet block and there is a restaurant next door. They have nice chairs on the beach and provide towels. The property itself does not have a restaurant. The room we had was huge, it had a big balcony and nice kitchen. Everything is almost brand new and the rooms come with a washer/dryer and they give you 1 pod for a load of laundry. They give you a few dishwasher pods as well. The kitchen comes with a nespresso machine and pods, tea, coffee machine, and toaster. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you want a great coffee, I recommend driving to Lemon 2 Go, it’s 5 min away. We also had a great dinner at the Mango Reef restaurant one night.

We had a great stay at The Tides. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and short walk to the Thursday Night Fish Fry. Staff was friendly and responsive as well. I highly recommend The Tides!

We were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Plus they have a lot of nice extra touches - like water bottles next to the bed and in the frig.

The location is excellent. Easy access to beach and to the best restaurants. We loved that they supplied everything - laundry soap, water bottles, golf cart transport in case you didn't want to walk etc... the layout of the room was amazing! Since we stayed here at the end of our trip. I appreciated having a washer and dryer to clean our clothes before we headed home. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super private area and private beach. Needed a place to spend two days with my family before moving to an all inclusive resort and we were soooo satisfied. Loved how quiet and private everything was. No food on site but if you rent a car, it’s an excellent location to many restaurants and coffee shops

The property was nice and clean and cost efficient. The only thing that I could say about the room is that the AC wasn’t working that well, but besides that it was a great property very close to the beach and a local restaurant by beside it.

The property was a round the corner from the beach. Loved the complementary beach chairs/umbrellas. The pool area was large and clean. Staff was very friendly. Did not like that at times housekeeping made only the master bed and not the sofa bed and the adjoining den room. The den room needs some other furniture than a sofa bed. Some viewers said the area was walkable, but I will have to disagree. We love to walk everywhere we stay, but anything nearby is 10-15 min walk in oppressive heat and little lighting. Complementary bikes were a plus. The restaurant next door had good food. Spent most days dining there for breakfast/lunch. Everything was expensive, as expected for an island.

We had reserved (and paid for) two one bedroom plus den units, but only one had a den. We think we are due a price adjustment. The smaller unit had the dining table outside, and it was much too warm to use. The air conditioner was not strong enough to keep the bedroom cool. Outside music was audible in the unit. Overall a very disappointing stay.

After our flight was canceled I immediately contacted the hotel. Susie, the reservations manager was incredible. She quickly offered a solution so that we could enjoy the same number of days as planned. We received a warm reception, fast check-in and escort to our suite by Wayne. The accommodations were great. Clean, spacious and very quiet. The full kitchen was definitely a plus. The amenities (in-suite and poolside) were very nice. Brenda was a God send. She truly made our stay memorable. We also owe the highlights of our time in Turks to her. She patiently orchestrated three fun filled days for us. Which included travel to the other islands, transportation while there, suggestions for attractions, breakfast and lunch. My family and I plan to return to the island and The Tides soon. Thank you Susie, Brenda and Wayne! ❤️

The Tides is an amazing place to stay on Grace Bay! Samantha in the office is so friendly and helpful! Also the guys (sorry that I forgot their names). The beds were so comfy. The full kitchen is great for eating in, but there are so many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The view from the two bedroom penthouse is gorgeous! A bonus is being able to walk to the Thursday night Fish Fry Festival. That was my favorite part of the trip and the food was the best I had all week, but all of it was so good. I would definitely stay here again!

The Tides was a great location for a very chill time away! There aren’t many amenities, but the rooms and pool were great! Super quiet - very short walk to the beach. More clear directions to the downtown/shopping area would have been helpful from the staff. It was almost assumed that we should know where everything was, which was very strange. Otherwise, space is great - we would stay there again when looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway!

The staff was very pleasant and helprul. We liked the amenities, such as the bicycles and lounge chairs at the beach. The property is very convenient to local restaurants on the beach and only about a 5 minute bike ride to the local grocery store. This is a small complex and very quiet. We loved our stay at The Tides over Thanksgiving, such a great apartment hotel, rooms are very nice and having cooking facilities was great and my teenager had her own space in the den attaches to our 1 bedroom apartment. The pool was lovely and it was only a two minute walk to the gorgeous beach with chairs and umbrellas for guest which was awesome! Staff, especially Samantha were so nice, accomodating and professional, if we return to the Turks and Caicos, we will definitely stay at The Tides again!

The elevator did not work for the 6 days of my stay. No free shuttle transportation. Defective shower handles & towel rods. No cold water in the kitchen sink & warm water in the shower.

Very good location few steps and your at the beach they have chairs and umbrella set up just for this property. There is a restaurant right behind the tides for breakfast lunch or dinner along with a bar. The shopping strip is about 1 mile from here you can either use there bikes to get there or they can get you a take and will run you about 13/15 dollars. Take cash as all transportation only take cash stores and souvenirs for the most part all take CC. The have fridges so If you go to the supermarket you can bring back water food they have The same style food you would find here back at home just a bit pricer on some things. Will definitely be back here.

The property is close to the beach (Appr. 5 mins. to walk). There are multiple restaurants that you could walk to and the shopping center is a 20-30 min. walk. The suite is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location. Modern well-equipped rooms including full kitchen. 3 minutes' walk to world class beach. Pool. Friendly staff. While no dining/bar on site, next door to a top-class restaurant. Short drive to many restaurants and shopping.

Property is very modern, super clean but also spacious that we had no issues fitting as a family (5 people). Staff is super friendly and the beach is beautiful (sky blue water) and only half a block away. All in all a top vacation and I’m glad we chose the place among others.

The property was fine. Our rooms set up was really nice with lots of room and an extra pullout sofa. We did have a rat run through our room and kitchen on the 4th floor. It ran into the duct work in the kitchen. Did not see it twice. They do not have many extra pillows...I think we got one out of four requested and one blanket out of two requested. The access to the beach is public and a little further than desired, but not too bad. The chairs out on the beach for Tides renters were a free for all, but nice to have when you could get them.

Our stay at the Tides was absolutely amazing… this is more of a small and private property our host Samantha and Wayne were the best !! the hospitality was one of a kind the room was super clean and house keeping was at our door in minutes if we needed anything .. it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach it was my birthday weekend and our experience there was amazing definitely recommend!!!!!!
